Peaceful kayakers retreat

Relax at this peaceful home located near the beautiful nature preserve "Estero Marua" and just a short walk to the most pristine beach in Puerto Penasco. This home also has lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy. There is a beautiful patio overlooking the estuary above the carport with a dining table and lounge chairs. The outdoor dining area has out door lighting and a barbeque. Enjoy the stars while sitting by the firepit. This area is also a kayaker and paddleboarders dream.
The space
This home is off grid. It has upgraded solar, invertors, and load banks to provide adequate power including heat and air during your stay. We have mini split units in the bedrooms and living area. We also haul water, the tank is 2500 gallons. Conservation is key. A full tank of water is provided for our guests. Anything above that is guest responsibility. This home is a perfect getaway for nature lovers who enjoy tranquility and quiet. The only noise you will here are birds, waves, and coyotes howling from time to time.

Beach chairs, beach games, umbrellas, ice chests and a fire pit is provided. We also have 2 sit in kayaks for use in the estuary. Not recommended for ocean side
