• 🚭 No Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. A $1000 fee applies for any smoking inside the home.
• 🕓 Check-in is after 4 PM, and Check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $30/hour with 24-hour notice.
• 😴 Quiet Hours: Please respect our quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM.
• 👥 Unauthorized Guests: Only guests on the original booking are allowed. Unauthorized guests will incur a $35 per person, per night fee.
• 👟 No Shoes: Please remove shoes inside the home at the entrance.
• 🛠️ Damage and Missing Items: Any damaged or missing items will be charged at retail cost through VRBO.
• 🎉 No Parties or Loud Noise: Any noise complaints from neighbors will result in immediate removal without a refund.
• 🔑 Lost Key Fee: There is a $50 fee for lost keys.
• 📦 No Mail or Packages: Guests are not permitted to receive mail or packages at the property.
• 📹 Security Cameras: Covering or tampering with security cameras will result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
• 🧹 Cleaning Fee: The cleaning fee covers basic cleaning. If the home is left in disarray, additional charges may apply.
• 🚫 Leasing Office: Under no circumstances should guests go to the leasing office. All communication must be through the VRBO app. Failure to follow this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the booking without a refund.
• 🏡 No Extended Stays: The maximum stay is limited to the number of days booked. Unauthorized extensions will result in immediate cancellation and removal from the property. Legal action will be taken if necessary.
• 🛑 No Trespassing: Any unauthorized stays beyond the booking period will be considered trespassing, and local authorities will be contacted immediately to handle the situation.
