Welcome to The Pinecone.

A cozy 2024 remodeled tiny home on the west side of Traverse City. Conveniently set along the popular cross-town TART Trail. We designed this space for entertaining in every season.

450 square foot tiny home in Leelanau County, with so much to offer.

Sports pit in front with two corn hole boards & bags, a golf game, lawn dice and bocce ball.

Fully renovated interior with all the amenities you need. One Queen bed that sleeps 2, one futon that sleeps one.

Strong WiFi and Smart TV, with ability to log in / out of all your preferred streaming apps.

1/3rd acre back yard, with fire pit, Adirondack chairs, gas grill and deck off of the rear door.

-10 minutes into the heart of downtown Traverse City
