Late check-outs are not available. We kindly ask that all guests' belongings be removed from the home by the designated check-out time. Thank you for your understanding.

Parking: Parking is limited to the property, with a maximum of 5 vehicles allowed. No street parking allowed. No party buses or RVs are permitted, and outdoor camping or sleeping in vehicles is strictly prohibited.

ROAD WARNING: ** Please note that the last 0.3 miles leading up to the house is on an unpaved road. In wet weather, this road can become slippery, challenging, and potentially hazardous to navigate, even for vehicles with 4-wheel drive. Exercise caution and plan accordingly.

Cancellation Policy: Flexible Cancellation Policy

Heaters set to 83°F for proper chemical balance. Takes 24-48 hrs to heat. Once it reaches 83°F, the heater will cycle on and off to maintain this temperature.

Here are some pool safety reminders:
1. Always supervise children and inexperienced swimmers
2. No diving.
3. No running around the pool area.
4. Keep hazardous objects, such as glass or sticks, away from the pool.
