► PETS: Cats are not allowed. Up to two dogs under 50 lbs are welcome with a $150 pet fee. The fee will be added when selecting the 'I am traveling with pets' option. No other pets or puppies are permitted. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets, including cleaning, repairs, and replacements. A $500 fine applies for undisclosed pets. Please contact us with any questions before booking.
► Supplies: We provide an initial set of supplies (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, paper towels, etc.). Please note that we do not offer daily housekeeping or restocking of supplies during your stay.
► Nearby Essentials: The nearest grocery store is 10 minutes away, and the marina is 25 minutes away. Instacart delivery is available.
► Driveway: Our gravel driveway has an incline. We highly recommend using a vehicle with 4-wheel drive if you're not accustomed to driving on gravel.
► Charcoal: Charcoal for the grill is not provided.
► Hot Tub Safety: Guests are responsible for the safe use of the hot tub and must supervise children at all times.
► Fire Pit: We do not provide firewood, kindling, or lighters for the fire pit. If any remain from previous guests, you are welcome to use them.
