Ski in/out 5-bedroom + loft house with WiFi + incredible views in Beaver Creek

Nestled in Beaver Creek, on prestigious Elk Track Court (former President of the United States lived on this street), this delightful house offers option of either 4 bedroom + loft or 5 bedrooms + loft (with a half bath) with a mix of 3 king, 2 queen, and 2 log pole bunk beds in loft. The property boasts soothing decor and superb amenities like 2 washers/dryers, WiFi, and heating. bar area and large kitchen to avoid eating out for every meal. Dishwasher microwave, oven, counter cooktop and wine refrigerator are all updated. If space is needed you can book the whole house or save some money and leave the lower level "apartment" open for someone else to enjoy. With 8 bathrooms to accommodate all guests, our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. Also behind the bar is an indoor hot tub that seats 4 adults and has incredible views of Grouse mountain ski runs while recovering from a day on the slopes. The unique design allows home to also rent as a 4 bedroom + loft. If more space is needed you can add the lock off lower level 1 bed 1.5bath "apartment" with its own great room and kitchen and eating area. Total livable area of home is 6400 sq ft. We are just below the Strawberry Park lift with incredible views of Grouse mountian and also of centennial lift. Easy access to the village from a short walk or complimentary free shuttle service also available. Ski out is easy but need to be an intermediate skier as you do ski through some open trees to get to run. Ski in between the houses on Elk track and you can literally ski into the driveway (assuming the road has snow on it). For beginners or those with limited confidence you can also order shuttle service which comes to the driveway and will drop you off at the main Centennial lift.

Prices can be varied if the entire house is not needed and if an even smaller space is all, I can rent out the 1 bedroom 1.5 bath section as well.
