The house was in an excellent location and was spacious enough for all 8 of us! The outside could use a little TLC but that’s not unusual for beach houses. Would definitely consider using this house again next year!

Uncrowded beach experience
Had six adults and three kids under four for extended weekend stay. Difficult to find a mainland beach this nice and so uncrowded. Plenty of house to accommodate our group.

Very private beach
Everything is as discribed, Patty was helpful with any questions. Very clean home. We had all the things we needed for the beach but there are chairs, tents, umbrellas, and sand toys available there. The best thing is the beach is less than a minute from the front door. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect house and private beach
The house was exactly like the listing. Comfortable rooms, perfect location for family/friends vacation. The beach is steps away and absolutely beautiful. Sunrises and sunsets were amazing. The hosts were easy to get in touch with. Had a slight WiFi problem- Harry came over and fixed it. He gave suggestions and answered any questions we had. We are definitely returning!!

This property was outstanding! The house was as advertised and perfectly suited for a family gathering. Right on the ocean and so relaxing. Communication was excellent. Dolphins came by daily. Even watched a satellite launch very early one morning. Thank you for a perfect week!

Wonderful vacation
The property was fantastic. Right on the water. We had the beach to ourselves. The house had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was very well equipped. Will definitely consider staying there again next year.

Overall loved this house. Had the beach to ourselves. Lots of space - and great views for sunrise and sunset- and watching the lightning storms. Only negative for us is there is not a working tub.

AC DID NOT WORK!!
I would avoid this house - the AC did not work while we were there and while the property managers were timely in having a repairman out - the technician indicated he had already been out several times indicating the owners knew of this issue and had not repaired it prior to our stay. As you can imagine no AC in July in Florida is no fun - especially sleeping! The managers recommended we open the windows for ventilation which only allowed the house to fill up with flies! Ugh! The beach is beautiful but this is not your best choice for a rental.

Summer vacation worth having
We booked this home based on previous reviews, and we were not let down. We had 6 adults and 4 kids on this vacation, and not once were we cramped. The house had everything you needed for a private beach vacation. When I say private, our group and the next door neighbors were the only one on the beach. Best choice for a private get away. If Patty will have us back, we will book with her again, because she was an amazing host. If you are looking at other houses to book in the St. Augustine area and are on the fence about this home, don’t miss out on an opportunity to stay here, just book it! You will not be let down.

Most relaxing vacation ever.
My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was gorgeous and well maintained. The children enjoyed waking up every morning and hunting for shells. The beach was extremely quiet and the views from the house were amazingly. The only thing i could complain about is that its not very handicapped friendly.....lots of stairs and the only tub in the house was closed off for some reason. In spite off that, my mother made the best of it and i was super impressed with her ability to navigate the stairs. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to relax and unwind and just enjoy being with family.

The beach is absolutely beautiful and the the house was wonderful! The house is just a few steps to the beach. The house was everything we needed and more. The property manager is very responsive. We would love to come back!
