This peaceful retreat is on 2.5 acres with two ponds along the back of the property, an outdoor balcony upstairs for lounging or reading a nice book, and a huge covered porch downstairs with tables, chairs, and ceiling fans to keep cool.

Like living in New Canaan
The "Ice Cream Barn" is a beautifully modernized dwelling, situated on a lovely property of woods and fields. You really feel like you are experiencing what it's like to live in the delightful New England community of New Canaan. The hosts are most gracious and kind (another characteristic of NC). The space is relaxing, spacious, and charming, with plenty of outdoor space as well. Can't say enough about this terrific place.
