Nestled in Madeira Beach, this delightful condo offers a pleasant living experience for guests. With AC, a washing machine, WiFi, and heating available, this fabulous space includes a cozy living room with a queen murphy bed and queen sofa bed. The bathroom amenities are simple yet functional, ensuring a comfortable stay. Whether you're looking to relax or explore the area, this awesome property provides the perfect home base for your vacation. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. Lets no forget the million dollar beach view out the sliding door.

It has an outdoor charcoal grill with shuffle board and a Tiki hut. Restaurants, shopping, bars and a public park are all within walking distance to this complex. John's pass is a short drive away.

Our unit is on the 5th floor, studio, one bath condo that is approximately 520 square foot. It has a fully- equipped kitchen with full-size appliances. There is two elevators in the building as well.

No smoking or vaping will be tolerated. You will be charged $800.00 if we have to clean up smoking odor. If excessive cleaning is required after check out, that extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest. No pets allowed.

$150.00 one time cleaning fee which will include the $100 office application fee.

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require that at least one member of the party to be 25 years of age.

Additional Rules:
A photo ID will be required upon arrival during front office hours to get parking pass. Office is closed Saturdays & Sundays, open for guests Monday-Friday:9am-4pm.
Please respect our condo just as you would respect your home. Excessive noise or rowdy complaints from owners will possibly require removal without a refund by condo association.

Please be respectful of the 10am check-out time, so that the cleaning service can begin their work promptly, as they have other cleaning service appointments to meet.

For the Hoa/ office I will need some information from your reservation to register your stay. A few weeks before you check in I will reach out to make sure everything is still as planned and will require all the full names of the adults and the number of children staying if any.

Disclaimer: Please note that the thermostat has been set to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature and should not be adjusted below 70 degrees Fahrenheit. This temperature has been chosen to ensure the proper functioning of the A/C system. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a pleasant stay for everyone.
