Newly built ADU with a private entrance and outdoor area. Keypad entry, in unit washer/dryer, all new appliances, quartz countertops, luxury vinyl flooring, soft close cabinets. Private outdoor space with turf and hose attachment for you and your pets (no size limit or extra fees).
The ADU is 15-20 minutes from the airport, downtown, Balboa Park and the San Diego Zoo, Coronado, Mission Bay, and Pacific Beach! This is a great place if you're trying to see a lot of San Diego and don't want to drive very far, or if you need a quiet, nice place to rest between busy days.

I am a dentist and my wife is an anesthesiologist. We live on site but you will have total privacy if desired. We are always there to help when needed.
Why they chose this property
We love Bay Park for its central location. We're about 15 minutes to everything!
What makes this property unique
We are walking distance to the Balboa Trolley stop (Blue Line). This will take you north to UTC, UCSD Hospital and Scripps Memorial Hospital or south to Old Town, Waterfront Park, and downtown San Diego. $2.50 one way!
