The home is located on rolling hills in a safe, sparsely populated area right on the border of Joshua Tree and Yucca Valley. 10 minutes from downtown Joshua Tree, 15 minutes from the National Park.

Guests have full access to the home, the hot tub, the grounds, EV charging, and all amenities.

The Panorama House spans 1535 square feet and offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The roof's unique design is a subtle spectacle in itself, lifting diagonally from one corner to another and gently folding to create a slope across the opposing corners. This architectural choice imbues the interior and exterior with an intriguing interplay of angles and light.

Situated gracefully amidst the serene landscapes of Yucca Valley, the home embraces a practical open living concept, effortlessly connecting indoor and outdoor realms. A generous 1100 square foot wrap-around deck extends the living space, providing an inviting environment to bask in the natural surroundings. A touch of outdoor luxury is introduced by an indoor-outdoor fireplace and a well-appointed BBQ area, perfectly complementing the residence.

Enjoy the gorgeous modern design of the house's interior, with its striking angles, high ceilings, and artistic decor with one of a kind pieces. Get comfortable on its original designer furniture while you look out through walls of glass over the endless desert view.

The modern kitchen is stocked with every baking and cooking essentials, a Bosch Benchmark Series refrigerator, Cambria Quartz countertop, Bosch 800 series convection oven & induction cooktop, and plenty of beautiful tablewares.

As a result of the thinly-populated nature of the neighborhood, you're likely to see a variety of wildlife: coyotes, jackrabbits, quail, ringtail, and an inquisitive roadrunner who likes to peek in the window.

At sunset, try sipping something cold and bubbly in the sunken hot tub on the spa deck, isolated from the sight and sound of other humans, listening to coyotes howl at the falling stars.

Master bedroom has a California king bed, with an en suite bathroom with a view of the desert hills while you soak. Master has private deck access to cactus garden via large glass slider.

Second bedroom has a custom white oak queen-size bed and generous picture window.

Bedrooms are separated, quiet, and private. Both have large custom white oak wardrobes for hung clothing and shelving.
