About this property
Charming 2-bedroom apartment near the Niagara River off of Niagara Ave
Explore our 2BR haven on Niagara, amidst Buffalo's growing scene. Walk to new bars, breweries, & restaurants on the up and coming corridor. A short stroll to Niagara River, Unity Island, & the Peace Bridge. Near Buffalo State Uni, Niagara Falls, & downtown. Spacious rooms - king & queen beds, stocked kitchen, art-adorned entryway, bay-windowed living room, restored bathroom. Classic Buffalo home with original fixtures, a timeless blend of history and modern comfort.
It is an old victorian home, over 100 years old and a fixture of Buffalo's golden age. The home is old though and a lot of work has been done into it, but the original wooden windows, cabinets, and doors are still the same. But with any old things there are creaks and issues that we're always improving on. The neighborhood itself is quickly growing. The old industrial area is quickly becoming a hip and a destination akin to Kingston or Bushwick. New bars and breweries like Mint Mojito and Mortalis Brewing are around the corner. Cute shops like Coocoou antique, Daddy's Plants, and Local Honey Beauty Hive are becoming cornerstone establishments along side existing half a century old businesses like Santasiero's Italian restaurant. As with any developing neighborhood there are a few abandoned factories and homes nearby which are quickly being remodeled or rebuilt. None the less it is a vibrant neighborhood.
