Peaceful and quiet. Furnished 2 Bedroom / 1 bath, ranch style on 2.5 secluded acres in Yarmouth Village. 1 Block from Main Street. Fully equipped: all linens, all kitchen needs, TV with cable and internet. All utilities, snow removal and yard care included. Full dry basement with laundry room, washer and dryer. Easy access to I-295 , I - 95 and Route 1. 15 minutes to downtown Portland. 10 minutes to downtown Freeport. Walking, hiking, beaches, marinas, Casco Bay Islands and lakes all nearby.

Comfortable everything you needed to make home away perfect. We came to Maine to meet our great grandson and we'll be coming back and home this house is still available.awayaway.

Hosting is new to both of us and we are hoping we can create and share a wonderful retreat for others looking for a "home away from home".

Short walk to Main St. shops and restaurants.

Option for longer pleasant walk: Head down to Main Street. Walking to the left you will encounter the library, small local shops and restaurants. Take a stroll down Bridge Street off of Main Street to the town path along the River to open field spaces and the Yarmouth Historical Center.
