Urban Heights 2/2 with Rooftop Fire-pit, Views and Parking for 2

The location of our home is in an older area of East San Diego. Many locally owned shops, restaurants, and markets, reflect the diverse cultures of the area. Easy access to nearby cities, attractions & transportation. Airport 20min, North Park 5min, Zoo 10min, Seaworld 15min, Legoland 45min

Sleeping arrangements for 8 include use of the couch and double occupancy per bed.

The layout of our home is as follows…

(1st Floor):

- KITCHEN fully equipped to prepare any meal
- COUCH w/ TV and Arcade Gaming
- WASHER/DRYER
- WIFI throughout
- BATHROOM w/ walk-in shower, full sized toiletries
- COUCH may be used for sleeping
- ARCADE gaming

(2nd Floor):

- FLOATING STAIRCASE (must climb)
- BEDROOM 1 w/ King bed
- BEDROOM 2 w/ XL Bunk-beds (Queen on bottom, Full on top, Twin trundle below)
- BATHROOM w/ walk-in shower, dual sinks, full sized toiletries

- STEEP OUTDOOR SPIRAL STAIRCASE (must climb)
- ROOF TOP DECK w/ Fire Pit
