About the host

Host profile image
Hi! I'm a native to St. Louis, MO and am passionate about architecture, design, and renovating historic homes. Each house I renovate, I enjoy finding ways to highlight its original quirky features and minimize our waste through reuse.

Why they chose this property

We wanted to be in the city, near downtown and Tower Grove Park. While our neighborhood is up and coming, one house and building at a time, we enjoy meeting our neighbors and getting involved in the community to be a part of the revitalization.

What makes this property unique

The building looks like a house, not an apartment building. Built in 1912, it was designed as a multi-family building. Each unit occupies an entire floor making the rooms spacious and light filled. We love that a lot of the original features have survived over the years.
