Great home in great location
Home was great. It is clean, plenty of room for everyone (we had 2 adults and 4 kids), close to town and the local attractions. Everything was new and it was just as it appeared in the listing. Would stay there again.

Perfect!!
I only have positive feedback for a lovely, well- kept, clean, nicely furnished home on a quiet cul-de-sac … and from the lanai, a beautiful water way with gorgeous view! We very much enjoyed the fantastic swimming pool!! The owners were extremely welcoming via VRBO messages and offered immediate and kind answers to our questions! The beds were comfortable too! I would love the opportunity to rent again. The location in Punta Gorda is convenient to the Punta Gorda airport, and our favorite beach - Venice Beach. Plus, only 40 minutes to Miramar Outlets in Estero or a drive to downtown Ft. Myers. Thank you for sharing your home!

Wonderful Trip, unfortunate ending.
Beautiful property, nice location. We enjoyed the pool, fishing on the canal, cooking in the well stocked kitchen, the bedrooms we very nice - loved the mattress and pillows! This was a great trip for our family, she even gave us an hour extension on check out since our flight was later in the afternoon. Unfortunately after we left we received a message saying we had left the house a mess and she was considering keeping part of our deposit. We picked up everthing, stripped the beds, started two loads of laundry gathered all the towels, and took out all the trash, we tried to leave the house as we found it. As we left we did decide to use up the last of our food instead of throwing it away so we made sandwiches on paper towels since we already started the dishwasher. We did not wipe down the counter again since we knew the cleaners were right behind and apparently this was not acceptable. I did expain this in response and received a "No worries" response. This really dampened our experience and has become our strongest memory of the vacation.

Wonderful getaway!!
This home was perfect! It had everything we needed and much more! It was spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. We enjoyed long walks through the gorgeous neighborhood and spent hours relaxing by the pool. Vicki was wonderful to work with and answered all questions quickly. Thank you for everything and we look forward to staying in your beautiful home again!

A must stay in Punta Gorda
Vicki, the property owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. The house set up was perfect. It has large common areas and the bedrooms are very private. It felt like the house went on forever! The house is minutes away from a downtown area full of restaurants as well as fisherman’s village. If you’re looking to stay in Punta Gorda… stay here!!

Beautiful Canal Home!
This home had everything we needed and more! It was very clean, beautifully decorated and very spacious. The home is very bright and comfortable. The kitchen was great and fully stocked with everything we needed for the meals that we cooked in. We loved spending time out by the pool and watching all the boats go by and we even saw dolphins! This home is on a nice quiet street and in close proximity to Fisherman's Village, shopping and restaurants. This was our first experience with VRBO and we really enjoyed it! Vicki was wonderful to work with and was very quick to respond and answer all our questions. Thank you so much for a wonderful first-time experience! We would definitely choose your home again!

Nice Location and House
We reallyenjoyed the house and the easy access to Punta Gorda. Our only problems were with the house not being cleaned before check in due mixed up communications and the algae buildup in the pool.

Absolutely AMAZING!
This home is the perfect place to relax and get away. The house has everything that you could possibly need for a relaxing time away from it all. It's beachy, comforting feeling is most welcome. Our communication with the owner was beyond compare. We will FOR SURE be going back for another stay! 5 stars is not enough for this wonderful property.

This house was beautiful. To be honest I stayed home most of the vacation. My kids and grandkids did the touristy stuff. I stayed home, enjoyed the pool, and watched the boats go by in the canal. My favorite thing was getting outside before the sunrise so I could watch the life in the canal. Once the sun rose the birds seemed to wake up and I even had a visitor, a bird, watch the sunrise with me. Okay, he was probably really there for the lizards. There were plenty of pots, pans, and dishes. Plenty of towels and bedding (the beds were very comfortable). We had a 60-year-old, two 40's, 7, 11 & 16 year old and we were all able to come together or have some time alone as needed. I highly recommend this home. I miss hearing the mourning doves and even the fish crows.

Excellent stay at Bella Vista
Our family stayed at Bella Vista to celebrate our parents' 60th wedding anniversary. The house was immaculate and included all the amenities to feel like this was our home away from home. The view of the canal was spectacular and was a great way to start the day with our morning coffee. Vicki was a most responsive host and it was obvious that she paid attention to all every detail to ensure her guests had an enjoyable experience, which we did. Can't wait to return for another visit!

This house is located on a beautiful canal. The inside is clean and well equipped with everything you could ask for. Beautiful kitchen. The master bedroom king bed has a memory foam topper that provides restful sleep. Thanks Vicki for great stay.

My husband and I loved staying at Vicki’s property. Gorgeous home very clean all the amenities just like being at home . We used the pool everyday great view we even saw a Dolphin swim by. We will be back . Very easy to get too CLose to grocery stores .

A lovely stay in PGI
We rented this property for a short weekend stay over Easter weekend and it was absolutely lovely. The inside has been renovated so nicely, and the pool and view of the water are great. Highly recommend!

Our stay was perfect. We had 2 children with us that loved the pool. It is a quiet neighborhood located close to all the amenities of Punta Gorda. I agree with all the other reviews that Vickie, our host, was welcoming and quick to respond if we had any questions. Truky a great place to stay.

Beautiful place and perfect location
The setting for the house is perfect. It’s peaceful and has a great view of the canal in the backyard. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai every morning and evening watching boats come and go. Plenty of seating out on the lanai which was great for our group. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 baths was a plus for us too! House is close to fisherman’s village and downtown PG. The inside of the house is beautifully decorated and furnished with plenty of seating. It was everything we expected and more. Thank you Vicki!! We hope to return soon! The Ryans - Tucson AZ

Great place in Punta Gorda!
We had a great stay in Punta Gorda! The house was Clean and very comfortable.The location was great and close to all the things we wanted to do. Vicki was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed and responded quickly to any inquiries. I would highly recommend this property!
