The Space:
Located within the Gatlinburg Summit community, you’ll literally be above it all, with scenery stretching for miles into the distance. Skiers and fun seekers alike will love the proximity of Ober Gatlinburg just below the condominiums, the sparkling lights of downtown visible during the evening hours. Guests will also enjoy onsite amenities such as the seasonal (Memorial Day – Labor Day) outdoor heated swimming pool, indoor heated swimming pool, two indoor spas, a playground, and barbeque grill area.

From the Treetop Skywalk to Ripley’s Aquarium and everything in between, the city of Gatlinburg has something for everyone. Trailheads for hiking and biking at your own pace and difficultly level are nearby, as are alpine coasters and zipline tours winding you in and out of the forested surroundings. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and TV.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
