Perfectly located in the One Ski Hill Place Resort in Breckenridge, this ski in/out condo is at the base of Peak 8 with access to 4 chairlifts and perfect for those looking for adventure!

The Breckenridge Gondola is only steps away. Enjoy numerous activities from skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, and more.
Enjoy access to family friendly resort activities! Take a dip in the indoor swimming pool or hot tub after a long day on the slopes. Get competitive over a game at the private, 2 lane bowling alley or the game room. Get an early morning work out in at the fitness room and end the night with a movie in one of the two movie lounges!
The living room is well furnished with comfortable seating and Smart TV. Log into your Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ accounts and stream your favorite shows. The couch turns into a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping space.
The kitchen comes equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, a toaster, drip coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, and more. You'll be able to dine on delicious homemade meals in the comfort of your own home. If you don't feel like cooking, just take a short stroll to the local restaurants nearby!
There are 3 bedrooms, each with a flat screen TV. The main bedroom holds a King bed and en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom features dual sinks, a large soaking tub, and a standing shower. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and en suite bathroom. The last bedroom has a Twin over Full bunkbed, great for kids! A shared 3/4 restroom can be found in the living area.
Please note - the max occupancy includes adults and children/infants, to avoid property violations and fines.
Fireplace is not operable and waiting on repair.
Underground parking is available for 1 vehicle.
