* Central location to all that Charlotte has to offer.

* 8 min to Noda, 12 min to Plaza Midwood, 15 min to Uptown & UNCC, 20-25 min to Airport and South End.

*Fire-pit, hammock, and outdoor dining for a quiet night outdoors.
* Queen-sized beds in two rooms with full sized closets.

* Up to 5 guests can stay, but the 5th guest would be a couch surfer. We have a full-sized couch with extra blankets. The couch does not pull out.

* Fully equipped kitchen.

* Ample parking next to home and cul-de-sac parking.

* Large backyard patio with fire-pit, hammock, and outdoor dining with string lights. We do not provide firewood.

* Work from home friendly with high-speed internet.

Very enjoyable stay
The property was very clean and the host was incredibly communicative and prompt with her responses. The neighborhood was quiet and check in was a breeze. I will definitely be staying again.

Cozy and Quaint Stay
This property contained everything that we needed in a stay. It was, just as the title describes, "clean & serene". It was clear that efforts were made to ensure that we felt at home from the charming decor, to all of the kitchen needs that were made available, to the books and games for entertainment. Additionally, this property boasts a nice deck and firepit in the yard for chilling outside in the event that you decide that you want to stay at home. The check-in was smooth and any inquiry was swiftly answered by the owners. I would definitely recommend this property for any time that you decide to visit Charlotte, NC.
