Central Chgo/2bd 1bath/Publ Trans/ Wifi/Pet-Friendly
Stay in our comfortable 2-bedroom, 1-bath located just outside Chicago. Enjoy free WiFi, a laundry room(xtra fee), and a backyard with a BBQ grill and seating area. Parking -street parking (Garage coming soon).
This cute Chicago Theme apartment is very spacious and near public transportation to get to the city.
Please note this is a garden apartment (8 steps down) and people are upstairs, so you will hear people walking around. If you are sensative to these sounds please do not book our place because we wouldn't want to make you uncomfortable.
Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer is available at $10.00 per night.
Both bedrooms have a Queen size bed in it. Also there is a Queen size sofabed and a Queen size tall air mattress.
Both bedrooms have 43 inch TV, small dresser, closet, luggage rack, nightstands, and lamps with USB charging ports.
The Kitchen/Dining room is a combo, we have a kitchen table that we encourage you to eat at and it seats 6 people. We have our kitchen fully stocked with most of the cooking and baking needs (see photo of items).
For the children/infants we have a pack and play, high chair and childrens plates, cups, bowls and utensils so they won't break.
We have a small back yard and a covered patio to go and sit outside on nice days along with a BBQ grill to use. Please clean the grill after use because it's shared with the people upstairs.
Parking: You will have street parking (just watch signs).

-1 dog max
-50lbs or LESS
-Has to be crated when left alone
-Not allowed on furniture or beds
-No fenced in yard, keep leashed and pick up after your pet immediately
-No dog baths in our place.
