Guests have access to the entire home/unit, their private back yard, and their reserved off-street parking spaces.
We are out of state available remotely but our property management team is nearby to assist with anything requiring in-person assistance.
As your Host, our aim is to ensure that you have as comfortable a stay as you possibly can. We want you to create lasting memories during your stay in Austin.
But to do so, we would really appreciate if you could follow the below house rules. We know, we know, rules are boring… But these rules ensure we can provide future guests like yourself with a great experience.
Check out: Please reach out to us about early check-in/late check-out options in advance so we can coordinate with the cleaning company’s schedule and any fees they might charge for rush cleanings. Check out time is 10:00am unless otherwise arranged with us. If you are still in the home after 10:15am, an additional night charge may be incurred unless otherwise arranged.
Kitchen: Help yourself to use anything in the kitchen. We provide an initial supply of coffee, cooking utensils should you wish to cook, trash bags, cleaning supplies, etc. Our only request is that you wash all dishes and utensils used prior to leaving in the dishwasher.
Backyard: The private newly fenced backyard comes with a BBQ grill and outdoor seating area. If you decide to use the charcoal grill, please make sure you empty the ashes and clean the grill. If the grill is not cleaned, there will be an additional $25 cleaning fee.
Cooling/Heating: There is a nest thermostat that controls the AC and heat, if you could please leave the home at 70F when leaving that would be greatly appreciated.
Noise: As neighbors are around the property, we would appreciate if you could keep the noise down after 9pm.
Parties: No parties allowed. $2000 party penalty fee. Especially from guests not disclosed in the reservation. For special events please inquire.
No Smoking: Do not smoke inside the property, if you wish to smoke/vape, please do so outside away from the entrance of the home and dispose of all smoking waste. $500 fumigation/ozone fee for smoking inside evidence.
No Pets: As we love our furry friends, we also care about guests with pet allergies and therefore avoid allowing pets. There are pet fees of $25/day, $100/week, $300/month regardless of service animal status.
Plumbing: Please do not throw away anything down the toilet other than toilet tissue, the cleaning company tests all toilets before each check-in.
Laundry: There is a washer and dryer available in the property with laundry detergent available.
-Excessive Trash Policy-
We take pride in offering a clean space for our guests, and we ask for your cooperation in maintaining it. While normal amounts of trash are expected, any excessive trash left behind or improperly disposed of will incur a $50 removal fee by the trash company. This includes overfilled bins or trash left in inappropriate areas.
