Nestled in the heart of a mountain at an elevation of ~4,000 feet, this lovely home is located in the gated community of Sylva Vista. Follow Parris Branch 2.5 miles up the mountain from the entry gate. Following the branch up the mountain you will see wildlife ranging from chipmunks, opossums, racoons, deer, turkey, owls, hawks, eagles and even the occasional bear. You will also cross through a small stream - Henry Creek. With this home located directly above Sylva, it makes it ideally close to Cherokee - Casino, Bryson City - GSMR Train Station, Cullowhee - Western Carolina University, Dillsboro - food/shopping and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Waynesville is just a short drive to the east as Nantahala Outdoor Center and Fontana Lake are just a short trip to the west. We LOVE the SECLUSION and PRIVACY that this home provides and with just a relaxing drive down the mountain you are all of a sudden in downtown Sylva. Offering 2 bedrooms - King and Queen as well as 2 bathrooms, this home provides plenty of room for guests to relax and enjoy.
