There is one locked pantry closet near the wet bar for cleaner supplies that is no accessible to guests.
The primary bathroom has a locked slider closet for owner storage that is not accessible to guests.
The garage is not for parking, we will have an added game room there soon.
The rest of the property is fully accessible, including a large gate towards the back corner of the property grounds for horse trailer access and the glamping dome and yoga terrace.
Please note regular vehicle entry to the property is at the north second main gate, exiting from the property will be at the first gate

The home does not have any child safety features, all children are welcome but please monitor your children at all times.
HOUSE RULES
● No shoes within the house.
● No house pets of any kind allowed at the property. This is a hypo-allergenic home and the homeowner has health issues related to animals.
● Quite Hours are from 10pm to 8am
● Firepit enjoyment MUST end at 10pm
● Return all sporting equipment to the locker by the Patio and do not leave any equipment out overnight.
● No sitting on the pool table
● Do not tamper with the water heater
● The firepit is connected to a covered Propane tank and lit with a stick lighter. Please make sure to shut the propane off when finished using.
● Thermostat Cool setting limit is 72 degrees, Heat setting limit is 80 degrees.
● Do not leave patio doors open for any extended period of time. There are many critters around the grounds including small lizards, which are harmless but can sneak inside.
● Do not leave your children unattended and monitor them at all times.
● Please be aware of the fact that homes in this neighborhood have a lot of land, you may see the occasional wild animal including coyotes or snakes please use caution and be aware at all times.
● If you bring a horse, You will monitor your horse at all times if it is let out of it's trailer, this property is not set up to stable or openly maintain a horse.
● You will clean up after your horse properly and will not leave behind any waste.
● Absolutely NO smoking inside the home or within the FENCE or PROPERTY. Smoke Remediation is extremely expensive and can cost up to $3500 to remove odor and stains which you will be responsible.
● No parties, loud music or noises
● No events allowed on the property.
● If guests are found to have had a party without the host's permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors or local authorities, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
● If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Renter's Responsibilities
1.1 Supervision: The Renter is responsible for the supervision of all guests, particularly children, at all times during the rental period.
1.2 Responsibilities: The Renter must ensure that all guests adhere to the following rules and safety measures while using all amenities including outdoor games and glamping globe.
RULES & SAFETY
● Absolutely NO house pets of any kind.
● No shoes in the house
● You assume full responsibility for any liability and damage caused if you bring your horse to this property.
● Use all amenities at your own risk.
● No food, no glass, or no alcoholic drinks near any outdoor activities
● No running, no rough play.
● You will be responsible for any damage to the pool table, including if new felt is required after your stay.
● The fireplaces are not accessible. Do not burn wood in the fireplace.
● Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
● The renter recognizes and fully understands that the above list is not a complete or exhaustive list of all possible risks; it only provides examples of types of risks that the renter is assuming.
1.3 Cleanliness: The Renter agrees to maintain cleanliness in the entire home, including all outdoor amenities, and to dispose of all trash properly.
1.4 Damages: The Renter is responsible for any damages caused to the indoor & outdoor games and amenities including, Pool Table, Treadmill, Soccer net & Balls, Cornhole game, Bocce Ball, Horseshoes and foot pool, sporting gear, and the surrounding property during the rental period.
1.5 Guest Limitations: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. This waiver applies to all guests on the property and using the amenities. The Renter must provide the names of all guests and any additional visitors when asked.
2. Waiver of Liability
2.1 Acknowledgment of Risk: The Renter acknowledges that their stay at the Property involves risks that may result in serious bodily injury and/or death. Some of the risks include, but are not limited to, falling, sports injury, slips, trips, falls, cuts, wild animal attacks, snake bites, and adverse weather conditions. The renter understands that the description of the risks in this Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims and Assumption of Risk (the “Document”) is not complete and that other risks or events that are known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated may result in serious bodily injury and/or death.
2.2 Release of Liability: The Renter, on behalf of themselves and their guests, hereby releases, waives, and discharges the Owner from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the Renter or their guests while amenities.
2.3 Indemnification: The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that the Owner may incur due to the Renter's use of amenities.
2.4 Hosts are not responsible for guest injuries sustained from use of exercise equipment. Guest will be responsible to use exercise equipment at their own risk.
