In Town for a Conert.
My wife, a few friends and I came down to San Diego for a concert at Petco Park. My only regret was not having more time to hang out at the house. We were able to walk to Petco Park and we didn't have to worry about driving.

Why they chose this property

The Sherman Heights neighborhood is a designated historic district of San Diego. It is a vibrant residential neighborhood nestled within the historic charm of Golden Hill. Located just east of downtown San Diego (walking distance to East Village), Sherman Heights boasts a prime location that provides easy access to all the amenities of city-living while maintaining its own distinctive identity. The neighborhood's rich history is evident in its well-preserved and colorful Victorian and Craftsman-style homes, exuding an old-world charm that will transport you back in time

Sherman Heights is a melting pot of diverse cultures, making it a truly dynamic and welcoming community. Its residents take pride in their heritage, and this cultural tapestry is evident in the local cuisine, festivals, and community events that celebrate the area's vibrant diversity.

The neighborhood's proximity to downtown San Diego makes it an attractive destination for professionals seeking a convenient commute. With easy access to major highways and public transportation, it equally ensures that you're well-connected to the city's thriving attractions.

What makes this property unique

The house is recognized as a historical landmark. It was built in 1913 along with the one next to it to the east by Michael Weber, a painter. He owned the house until 1950. The building has a few alterations but represents an interesting transitional style from Neoclassical to Craftsman-like. These styles were popular in that period.

We maintain the facade as close to its original style, as possible, with beautiful colors and drought-tolerant local foliage. The interior has undergone several renovations to offer a modern and comfortable environment.
