Getting Around:
The home is conveniently located just off HWY 80, allowing for quick access to surrounding areas. Although there is no public transportation near the home, you can drive to the town of Truckee, about 20 minutes away, where bus routes will take you to Northstar Ski Resort, Kings Beach, and Tahoe City. With 3 ski resorts within 5 miles, you can easily hit the slopes. For those seeking more urban amenities, both Tahoe City and Kings Beach are a 35-minute drive from the home.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.

Cellular service in this area can be spotty. While the home has Wi-Fi, the connection may be not reliable at times. Therefore, we strongly advise that you download the digital house manual in beforehand.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
