Property has almost 4000 sq ft of living space, two dining rooms, two living areas, and very big rooms. Space will not be an issue! The estate includes a personal treadmill ( must have magnet ) which acts as a safety to use. The estate also includes high internet speed of 1000 mbps for smooth WiFi service. There is plenty of towels and toiletry. Samsung bespoke fridge is also included which has an automatic refill of purified water, and tons of space for guest’s foods and drinks. 20 minutes away from CASINO. Near 2 award winning bbq restraunts!! ** balcony is currently being renovated and is closed for safety** Open to Long term leasing negotiations “
