The Hillwood Lavish is a stylish townhome, located 15 minutes from everything Nashville has to offer.

The Space:
Take a short Uber ride to Downtown Nashville or Music Row and explore the art and history of this gorgeous city! Check out the Country Music Hall of fame, indulge in delicious foods like the Nashville hot chicken or BBQ, or check out the numerous local breweries.
The colorful and chic living room greets you with comfortable seating gathered around a Smart TV (Netflix, Disney +, ESPN, etc. capable - subscriptions not included). The retro kitchen offers a blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, electric stovetop, and more to make you feel right at home. Enjoy a hearty breakfast in the comfort of your own home before hitting the town.

Both bedrooms are on the 1st floor and share a Jack n Jill style bathroom. Each bedroom features colorful blue walls and stylish gold tones. The main bedroom holds a King bed and Smart TV and the 2nd bedroom has a King bed. Both bedrooms have their own balcony.

There are 2 parking spots provided.

Unfortunately, the fireplace does not function.

Please note: If you are bringing a pet, please note that the pet fee is not included in the total price. An additional flat fee of $150 applies, and a maximum of 2 pets are allowed in the unit. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

Good quiet location

Nice option for my husband, young adult daughter and me for a holiday visit to see family. It was a little tricky to find initially, but it was quiet and very convenient.

Nashville Christmas Trip

This two bedroom apartment was spotless clean and cozy. The large living room/kitchen was inviting and comfortable with a very large tv. TVs are in both bed rooms. The apartment has everything one needs, and is light and bright. It is perfectly located between downtown Nashville and the suburbs, easy access to both. There is a large shopping center across the street. Super convenient! The management of the apartment is very communicative and helpful in every way. I highly recommend this place and intend to stay there in the future. No complaints, all pluses!!

Fun weekend in Nashville!

Clean property. Very roomy and not in a bad location at all. Uber got us quickly downtown to broadway. Check-in was super easy as well. Would stay again!

Down Time

I’m more picky than most, and my friends were more laid back than I! Once I got past the little things, we enjoyed our stay to the fullest!!! It was a girls weekend of catching up and relaxing. No agendas, no plans! Just like a slumber party really. There were two of us that stayed and were given two towels each, I was fine, but my counterpart needed a few extra. Parking for C was confusing because there was only one marked for C but three for D! It’s a tight space for parking and the signs that state no parking 7:00am-6:00 pm were not abided to! The ice maker was not hooked up and made some noise. I do like coffee and there was a coffee maker and keurig and pods but no creamer or sugar/sweetner. The only other thing we both noticed was a non slip strip for bath tub that was a safety hazard. These small issues aside, it was truly enjoyable and we both slept extremely well in the king beds!! Nice and peaceful!

Great location. Across from target. Not to far from downtown. Home was spacious and welcoming but lots of gnats coming from somewhere not in the home.

Nashville trip

Bed spreads with stains on them, carpet with stains on them. No extra blankets. Some of the cups were still dirty and needed washed. Only 4 towels no extra for use. For cooking there were very few utensils to use. No ice in ice maker nor able to make ice in ice maker. The location was not well marked, a little difficult to find. Air conditioning worked and otherwise kitchen and living space was nice.

Great Nashville Visit!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The area was great, nice and private and quiet (was a little hard for Lyft and Doordash to find sometimes). The only thing we wish was different was that the balconies could have been usable, they were blocked off due to construction, but unfortunately that was a lot of the reason that we booked this location. Thank you for the stay.

Close proximity to Ascension St. Thomas

My dad had bypass surgery at Ascension St. Thomas, and this property was 3 minutes from the hospital. It was more affordable than the surrounding hotels with far more space. It was a good “home base” for my mom and I to trade off time between the hospital so that one of us could get some sleep in a real bed and have a shower. It was a hard week for us, but the convenience of this property made the process just a bit easier for us. For people that rent this property, the entry door is tucked around the left corner of the carport under the building. There are two parking spots, one is labeled under the wooden deck for the D condo. The other is the middle spot of the carport under the condo, but it isn’t labeled. I had to call to figure that out, but that wasn’t a big deal. I just wanted to make sure I didn’t park in someone else’s spot. The parking lot is a bit tight, so just beware if you have a large vehicle like a Suburban. I have a mid-size SUV though, and I was fine getting in and out. 3 big tv’s with cable. Kitchen is well stocked with smaller appliances that you don’t always get in rentals as well as cooking utensils. Very nice rental and a reasonable price point.

Hollywood Lavish

Nice place with a great location for our stay. Property manager was quick to respond for our questions about parking (one spot wasn’t marked for our specific unit). Close to shopping and restaurants and $10 Uber ride to midtown or lower Broadway. There wasn’t a lot of green space to let your dog go out close, but otherwise a great rental.

Other than having a slight struggle finding the door everything was perfect. The door to the the place is behind unit b. It is not at the top of the stairs in front of the parking space. Anyway, GREAT space! The apartment is large, bright and clean. I wish we could have gone on the balconies since the weather was so great. The neighborhood behind the apartment is nice for walking. Everything was super convenient and quiet except for some noise Sat. night from other renters but nothing too bad.

ACM Honors Awards trip

We had a lovely stay at this gorgeous condo. The beds were very comfortable. We were attending an awards ceremony at the Ryman, so decided to Uber not knowing the area and parking. No problems. Great location, neighborhood was a beautiful walk with our furbabies.

Great place to stay. Quiet neighborhood, couple of stores and restaurants in walking distance. Only thing I would recommend is a small sign showing property. Or alley is between the two businesses. A little confusing on what alley to take but other than that. It’s a nice place to stay. Would stay again.

This property is very bright & open. Great layout, very clean & well supplied with dishes, cook wear, cleaning supply's etc. Nice part of town with a ton of stores & restaurants right across the street. My adult kids & I really enjoyed the stay & would book this property again.

Great little place for a weekend in Nashville. We loved the proximity to downtown. It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable! Please fix the porches. That would’ve been so nice to be able to use them. We noticed some “land lord specials.” The faucet in one bathroom was installed incorrectly. The tub was old compared to the rest of the updates. There was still paper and painters tape on the windows. We had to run to the store for hand soap and toilet paper. None were supplied.

Enjoyable Overall

Overall we had a great stay. The property is located in a great area with access to most everything you could need. The unit itself was clean and sufficiently comfortable. There was a little basket of necessities provided in the kitchen. I thought the dishware was of decent quality and that's not always the case. It was budget friendly and had king size beds & television's available in all rooms which was hard to find in our budget range. The only issues we had were the parking for C unit. Although it was noted in communication that there were two dedicated spots for C, there was only one. However, we were allowed to use a D spot as well. The other issue was the entry code and getting guest services on the phone. It took about 3-4 calls over 15 minutes maybe. The second code issued was accurate. Beyond that it was easy. The only thoughts I have would be getting the furniture spot cleaned & the entryway cleaned and repainted. It was a little scuffed up. Also, the balconies were under repair & unaccessible. Having said that I would rent this property again. No question about it. Thanks for having us! We enjoyed our stay!

Great, convenient spot, close to everything

This is a nice apartment in a convenient location, a short Uber to downtown. Well laid out and cute, modern decor. We enjoyed the balconies and two king-sized beds. Easy walk to Target, Panera and other stores and surprisingly quiet for the location. Only complaint is that the property is older and there were a few maintenance issues that have been overlooked in the renovation. Light fixture hanging, part of the molding off in the kitchen. Most frustrating, the shower knob broke off and we couldn’t shower before the funeral we came in town to attend. Management did get there to fix later in the day. But all in all, a nice place to stay.

30th birthday trip

Great neighborhood and super easy to get to downtown. Only a 15 minute Uber ride and never had a long wait to get someone! The kitchen had everything needed and the beds were super comfy!
