It's just 10 minutes to Spearfish Canyon, 15 minutes to Deadwood, 10 minutes to ATV and snowmobile trails, and an hour from Mount Rushmore and Custer State Park.
The main level of the home is centered around the majestic rock fireplace and wall of windows in the living area. Enjoy a relaxing evening by the fire, watch the game on the flat screen or just enjoy the views! The other main focal point on the main floor is the expansive, well-equipped kitchen! It has everything you need for simple or elaborate group meals with a double oven, oversized refrigerator and 2 islands for prep and set up. The over-sized dining area with 2 large dining tables offers lots of space for meals and gathering. There's also another sitting area on the main floor with a recliner and sofa with TV - another space to enjoy the views and walk-out to the wrap around deck.
This large home has so many great spaces for everyone in the group to enjoy. Upstairs you'll find a quiet sitting space -perfect for reading or working on your laptop. Downstairs is a spacious family room with more places to relax, watch TV or walk-out to the front patio. The hot tub on the lower patio is the perfect spot to unwind, relax and enjoy the stunning views!
Bedrooms include 1 main-floor room with a King bed, 2 upstairs rooms with King-size beds and a lower bedroom with 2 queens. Common space sleeping includes a sofa sleeper in the upstairs sitting area and 2 sofa sleepers in the lower family room.
