Welcome to “Uptown Blue,” a large custom built home that lives up to its name. Located 1 block away from central Uptown Waterloo, everything is within walking distance. The neighbourhood is beautiful, private, well kept with lots of greenery, giving guests the best of both worlds!
This recently built (2015) custom Balinese inspired home comes with functionality and comfort in mind! Fastest internet plan available (1GBPS) w/ 2 separate work stations, it meets the needs of the modern day traveler
• Highest Wi-Fi speed in Canada available(1000Mbps)
• 2 parking spaces
• Self-check in via numberpad
• Washer and dryer in house
• 3 x 40" TV with Amazon Firestick (Netflix, Prime, Crave, and Hayu)
• Full Rogers cable TV package
• Fully equipped kitchen with cooking essentials (salt, pepper, cooking oil)
• Complimentary tea and coffee
• Fresh linens and towels
• Bathroom fully stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash
• Master bedroom with one king sized bed
• Second bedroom with two single sized bed
• Third bedroom in furnished basement with one queen sized bed
• Fourth bed is a futon bed in the basement
• Air conditioning
• If you need anything else, please do not hesitate to ask!
Guests have access to the entire house. This is a stand alone property with no tenants in attached suites; fully privacy.
The home should respectfully be left in the same tidy and neat condition it was upon your arrival. We welcome you to come stay with us and enjoy it here in the Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge area!

• Quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. Noise complaints are taken seriously, please be considerate to neighbours.
• No unauthorized visitors or guests. Please let us know if you intend on having additional guests.
• Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house .
• Please remove your shoes.
• Damage deposit of $400.
- No shoes inside the home.
- No smoking inside the home.
- No parties or events.
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. Please message us your guest’s ID when you bring them over to the home.
- One parking spot is available per unit, please park in the allocated spot.
