This newly renovated 4 bedroom modern single family home near Country Hills West was designed to provide guests a combination of convenience, comfort and functionality.
Location: Extremely convenient location, a quick walk to Williamsburg Town Centre plaza. A short 10 minute drive to downtown Kitchener to a wide variety of restaurants, boutique shops and nightlife. Under 5 min to highway!

• Fully equipped kitchen with cooking essentials (salt, pepper, cooking oil)

• Bathroom fully stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash
• Master bedroom with one king sized bed
• Second bedroom with one queen sized bed

Guests have access to the entire house. This is a stand alone property with no tenants in attached suites; fully privacy.

• Quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. Noise complaints are taken seriously, please be considerate to neighbours.
• No unauthorized visitors or guests. Please let us know if you intend on having additional guests.
• Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house .
• Please remove your shoes.
• Damage deposit of $400.
• No pets.
