Guests will have access to the entire apartment. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, utensils, appliances, food storage, and pots & pans, so you can enjoy dining in just like you do at home.
Throughout your stay, you'll have access to your own Personal Concierge. The Concierge will be available to communicate via the app, phone (call/text), and email. Get help with dinner recommendations, things to do, tips, etc. We've got you covered!
Guests who book this apartment must be at least 21 years old and will be asked to submit a photo of a government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport before check-in.
Cleaning
For guests with long-term stays: cleanings will be scheduled once a month at no cost to you—compliments of Coveted Hospitality!
Parking
The complex has complimentary parking available in the parking lot around apartment. Parking spots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Coveted Hospitality is not liable for any towing costs, charges, etc. you may incur as a result of negligence.
Pet
We're delighted to accommodate your furry friends in our property. We understand the importance of pets as part of the family, and to ensure their comfort, we have a pet-friendly policy in place. For your convenience, here are the details:
➡A nominal pet fee of $49/pet will be applied.
➡For stays between 7 to 21 nights, the fee will be $100 per pet.
➡For extended stays beyond 21 nights, a monthly fee of $175 per pet will be applicable.
Please note that the pet fees mentioned are designed to be flexible based on the duration of your booking. So, depending on the length of your stay, you'll only need to pay the corresponding difference.
Just a friendly reminder regarding our pet policy: to ensure the comfort and cleanliness of our shared spaces, we kindly ask that pets are kept off the beds, couches, and other furniture within our home. This helps maintain a tidy and allergen-free environment for everyone.
Please note that failure to comply with this policy may result in an ADDITIONAL FEE. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these guidelines.
Pack and Play
Just a quick reminder about our Pack and Play policy:
Advance Notice: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reserve a Pack and Play.
Reservation Fee: There is a $75 fee for reserving the Pack and Play.
Assembly Option: If you would like the Pack and Play assembled upon delivery, an additional $50 fee will apply.
1. No-Drug/Smoking/Parties Policy: We have a strict policy against drugs, smoking, and parties. Our building shares space with two drug detection dogs (K9 units) and an active police officer, along with our wonderful neighbors. We all work together to maintain a safe and peaceful environment. Violation of these policies will result in a $1000 fine, immediate removal, and notification to the police.
2. Safety and Inspections: Your safety is paramount to us. Please be aware that local authorities mandate periodic inspections. Every three months, the maintenance crew and, possibly, a fire marshal will conduct quick checks for fire, sprinkler, and water systems. If your stay coincides with one of these inspections, they might pop in for about 5 minutes. It's just a routine to ensure everything is in top-notch condition.
3. Check-In Procedure: Before your arrival, we kindly ask all guests to complete a check-in form, which involves presenting a valid government-issued ID for verification. We also request accurate information, including contact details and the number of occupants.
Smart Lock Access: Access to the unit door is easy with our designated smart lock app. For a hassle-free check-in, we'll send you an invite to your phone number 24 hours before your arrival.
4. Additional Guests and Amenities: If you plan on having additional guests during your stay, please let us know in advance. We'll do our best to accommodate your request and ensure everyone feels at home. If you have little ones with you, feel free to ask for a crib in advance (a small fee will
apply).
5. Key Fob or Keys: Please note that only one key fob is provided during your stay, which is required for entry and exit from the building.
6. No Glass or Bottles Allowed: For the safety of all pool-goers, glass containers and bottles are strictly prohibited in the pool area. This includes glassware, bottles, and any other glass items.
7. Avoid Accidents: Accidents happen, but some can be avoided. Please be cautious with any objects that could break, as broken glass poses a significant safety hazard to everyone in the unit and pool area.
8. Liability Reminder: Residents are reminded that any damages caused by glass breakage or accidents are the responsibility of the individuals involved. Please take care to avoid situations that could result in injury or property damage.
9. Dispose of Trash Properly: Help keep our area clean and safe by disposing of trash and recyclables in designated containers. Let's all work together to maintain a pleasant environment for everyone to enjoy.
10. Pool information: Please note the pool is 4 ft deep, not heated but it is open year-round.
11. Parking vertical clearance: There is no parking vertical clearance however, parking is precisely 7 feet and 3 inches. This ensures safe entry and exit for vehicles of standard size.
12. Quiet Hours and Enjoyment: We value your comfort and that of our neighbors, so we've established quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During these times, the building management kindly ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone's enjoyment. Failure to adhere to quiet hours or disrupt the enjoyment of others will result in immediate termination of your booking without refund. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a harmonious atmosphere for all guests and neighbors alike.
