Unit recently decorated with new leather sectional and accent chairs, new patio furniture, & large screen HD Smart TV's in the living room and master bedroom. Luxurious new pillow mattress in both bedrooms with new bed linens. Brand new Refrigerator, Dishwasher and Convection Microwave. The Del Mar Beach offers 4 pools 2 of which are heated and ocean front, private access to the beach, tennis & Pickle ball courts, a fitness room and and ocean front club house. Walking distance to Del Mar Race Track, upscale shopping, train station, great dining, and many other points of interest nearby. Call to book today!!
We’ve always taken pride in our clean and fresh vacation rental units, and we know this is most important than ever right now. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, our housekeepers have been given even more detailed disinfecting procedures. Our properties are clean and safe for arrival and ready for guests vacation.

Great Ocean Stay

I had an amazing experience staying in this condo, was treated very well by both the property managers and the owners. You'd be hard pressed to find a better spot for a beach get away.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from our ocean front condo was spectacular. Unfortunately the view inside the condo was disappointing. Our condo was a C- for cleanliness,the bathroom and kitchen towels had nasty stains on them, also it needed new carpeting(carpet was sticky) , a paint job, scrape and paint the antiquated, disintegrating 'popcorn" ceilings, replace rusting electric oven(oven must be as old as the condo, 40-45 years approx.) Furnishings looked to be from the same era. Lastly, the ants were endless. We would spray and a day later they returned.This place has potential, but quite a bit of money and work need to be done.

Awesome View
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view is def what your paying for. We def enjoyed the location and looking out the windows to unobstructed views. We also appreciated the updated fridge, microwave and dishwasher, the large TV's. The only downfall is the carpets and decor are aged. The towels need to be replaced and the stove/oven is very strange. If you plan on cooking a meal (like thanksgiving) it will be very tough, as the oven is a convection drawer oven and seems to run very high on the temp side. You would have to really know how to use it in order to not mess up something. The stove is also strange and takes a long time to heat up, so no fast cooking. It would of also been nice to not to have to buy TP and handsoap, no sinks had soap to wash your hands. These are minor expenses for rentals and when spending 4000+ dollars for a week I would expect these to be supplied. I have many VR's myself and was in the business with a software system so Im very familiar with the industry. OTher than these small things, this place is definitely a great place to stay!

Gorgeous view in an aging apartment

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: View from this apartment is probably one of the best in Solana Beach, and the living room furniture provides a comfortable way to enjoy it. But the appliances are practically antiques (except for the new microwave). The notices posted on wrapping tape everywhere hint of potential disasters without special care and show that the unit needs more than a little TLC. Heated pool in the complex was great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Chose this unit for our family vacation due to ocean view and proximity to Del Mar Racetrack. View from the balcony and living room was unbelievable. Definitely worth the stay for the view alone. Private beach below was amazing too. And DMTC literally 5 minutes away. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance also. Perfect location.Only complaint would be the ancient appliances in the unit. They must all be 30 years old. The refrigerator/freezer weren't working properly from the first day we walked in. Wouldn't chill our food properly. Finally had to have it repaired half way through the trip after owner complained about electricity bill being too high. Well of course it's going to be high when you have a 30 year old refrigerator struggling to keep anything cold. Not sure why that was a surprise. Dishwasher too is on its last legs. And washer/dryer need to be constantly monitored and reset during use. Definitely an inconvenience. I would guess none of this would be a major issue for guests staying for only a week or so, who just kept a few beers in the fridge and didn't really use the appliances much. But this was truly a family vacation for us and the appliances were not up to snuff for what we paid and the length of our stay (nearly 2 months).Back to the positives...Patricia and the entire Pacific Coastal Properties staff were very helpful during our stay. Always very courteous while handling the maintenance calls that needed to be placed. Assisted with any special requests we had also. Really appreciate all their care and follow up.
