The Gualala Bluff Trail is less than a 5-minute walk or less from the home, or you can hop in the car for a quick 5-minute trip to the Gualala Point Regional Park for an even deeper immersion into this unique native landscape. The golfers among you will want to book a tee time at the Sea Ranch Golf Links, offering challenging fairways set against one of the most scenic backdrops in the country. It’s a vacation you won’t be soon to forget!
Indoors, you’ll continue to enjoy the stunning views in just about every room of the home, with abundant windows illuminating each space in natural light. The cozy living room includes a plush L-shaped sofa and 2 armchairs, the perfect place to kick up your feet and stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. A wood fireplace offers added warmth and ambiance in the cooler months. The newly renovated kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, glass subway tile, and warm cabinetry stocked with all the cookware and dining ware you need should you decide to prepare meals at home. Gather together for formal meals at the dining room table with seating for 8, the waves crashing over one another providing a tranquil backdrop. Feeling competitive? The garage-turned-game room is the place for you with ping pong, foosball, and air hockey tables all ready and waiting to host hours of fun.

Gualala is a small town located on the Mendocino Coast in northern California, known for its beautiful beaches, redwood forests, and laid-back atmosphere. The town is home to a variety of shops, restaurants, and art galleries, as well as several campgrounds and hiking trails. One of the most popular things to do here is to visit the Gualala River Redwood Park, home to a grove of ancient redwood trees, some of which are over 2,000 years old.
