About this property

Located on the emerald-green waters and sugar-white beach of the Gulf of Mexico, the Celadon Beach Resort is truly the finest condominium experience in Panama City Beach. The highly desirable WEST END location and the beautifully landscaped grounds are just the beginning. There are two hot tubs, two heated pools (one indoor/outdoor), tennis court, media room, games room, state-of-the-art fitness center, covered garage parking, covered walkway, Tennis Courts, (PLAY PICKLEBALL)and the world's most beautiful beach. Walk to Thomas Donuts and The Carousel! All this and you have not been in our unit yet!

We have affectionately nicknamed our unit 'The Palm House.' When you see the relaxed elegance and the West Indies look to the decor throughout, you will see why. The kitchen is stocked for the most discriminating chef. The bedroom has a king-size bed with an 'exceptional' mattress that sleeps like a dream. There are two bunk beds (our kids favorite place to hang out) in the hallway, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the large living room and two large baths. This unit can easily accommodate a vacationing family or a couple looking for a romantic getaway. Beach view from this fifth floor unit is delightful.
HOA will charge a parking/amenity fee. of 40.00 per visit. I will send instructions for parking pass with key instructions about two weeks before your stay to your personal email address.

Really enjoyed our vacation!

Great place! Excellent location, beautiful part of the beach! Very clean and well organized. The bed linens and bath towels were bright white, like in a nice hotel. I had a few questions before the trip and was very happy how easy it was to get in touch with property manager. Thank you very much for sharing your wonderful place. We really enjoyed our vacation!

Quick trip

Wonderful Place

Our Easter long weekend was exceptionally great! The condo is in a perfect location. The owner was incredible to work with. The king size bed was comfortable and the condo was well stocked with usable items. We will be visiting again for sure!!! Thank you for sharing your home in paradise!

This is a Gem

Celadon 506 was just lovely from the decor to the cleanliness to the view. Very spacious, extremely clean (well done!) with all the comforts of home, including 4 beach chairs neatly tucked under the bunks. That was a very nice touch! Easy access to garage and beach. We have stayed several times at Celadon, and this is one of our favorite units. I would highly recommend and owners are very prompt in responding. Wish we could have stayed longer! Will look here first for our next visit!!

Very easy process with very friendly owner. I had to message the condo owner about a code for the pool and owner was super prompt in responding. Everything I wanted in a room for me and my 2 girls to have a summer vacation together. We will definitely go back to this condo.

Nice stay

Very nice stay. I would recommend and stay here again. Only complaint, elevators are slow. The last day 1 of the 3 was not working which made the loading up process quite slow.

Vacation 2022

This condo is very well kept up and clean and the view is beautiful. I had an issue when we arrived to check in only because my email giving the check in instructions wasn't coming through but VRBO contacted the owners and Mrs. Cherie took the time and stayed on the phone with me until I got to the 5th floor and put in the code to open the door even though she was at a birthday party and I appreciated that so much. We really enjoyed our stay and the beach is nice and quiet, even at night when people is out walking the beach at night with flash lights. Just so nice and peaceful.

Very Clean and well maintained!

Unit was very clean and well maintianed. They provided many items throughout that we normally pack with us! The balcony had a loveseat and rocker that made morning coffee even better! It rained (all but 1 day) of our stay but we really didn't mind since the Condo was so cozy! Great location!

50th Birthday at the Beach

I wanted to celebrate my 50th Birthday weekend at my favorite place, PCB. I had looked at several Condos and I am so glad I found this one! The owners were very quick to respond to my messages. Answered all the questions I had and were just super nice. The condo was absolutely beautiful ( I love the Palm tree theme), super clean and had everything you could need. I will definitely stay again on my next trip!!!

Nice condo and spacious

I loved the bunk beds for the kids, and of course the view of the ocean. The bed was comfortable. It was nice that coffee was available in the cabinet. The elevators were slow so we took the stairs most of the time. I didn’t like that you have to pay $25 extra for parking. My father came to visit so I had to pay $50 total for him too. I think that is way to pricey especially when you are only there for 2 days.

Great Condo!

The number one thing is how clean everything was. That is always my number one concern. But no worries here. The condo was also nicely decorated. Everything from check in & check out flowed seamlessly. I definitely would love to stay there again.

Amazing place with a priceless view!!

This place was everything we hoped it would be. It had the perfect location and the balcony view was truly priceless. The condo was very clean and just as described. The host was very prompt in responding and was very accommodating to our needs. We absolutely loved this place and will definitely be back. If you are looking for a nice, clean place, right on the beach, this is the place to book. I honestly do not have a single complaint about our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed this place. 5 stars for sure!!!

Wonderful Condo

Condo is in a great location. Bed was extra comfortable! Owner has chairs and beach gear for use which was nice. Only complaint that we had, which has nothing to do with the specific condo, is the parking pass procedure. This is our second stay at Celadon. Both times we waisted time trying to print the parking pass on the printer provided. Both times the printer ended up not working. They need to come up with a better system.
