This 2 story villa located in the gated Shipyard Plantation Brigantine Quarters community offers fully equipped kitchen, full size washer/dryer, dining room and ample space in living room with sleeper sofa. The open floor plan is bright with vaulted ceilings and large windows overlooking the golf course and lagoon. The first floor bedroom has 2 twin beds and full bath with tub/shower combo and the 2nd floor primary offers a comfy king bed and full bath with dual vanities and separate shower & tub. Enjoy dining outside on the deck or take a quick bike ride to Coligny Plaza for a bite to eat and shopping.
Brigantine Quarters is one of the only communities that offers a PRIVATE GATE to Ibis Rd which leads to a perfect BEACH spot or you can walk or ride the other direction on Lagoon Rd to Coligny.
Shipyard Plantation is a perfect location to enjoy everything the south end of the island has to offer plus it's a quick drive to the cross island parkway so you can visit the north end restaurants or hop to Bluffton's Old Town & Tanger Outlets for shopping. There are many public golf courses on the island if you wish to tee up on a beautiful day.

Out family currently lives in Greenville SC but previously lived on the island and loved it so much we had to buy a getaway to share with everyone so they can enjoy it too.

Shipyard Plantation is such a quiet beautiful spot at the south end of the island which is where the majority of fun takes place.
What makes this property unique
Our villa is a 2 story option that is tucked at the back of the community with a nice deck overlooking the golf course, the lagoon and for spotting those gorgeous gators!
