No, we do not offer this option with the rentals of our homes
Why is the security deposit so high?
We like to keep our homes looking good and functional for all guests. We are able to do this with the security deposit system in place. We refund this within 48 hours of departure provided there is no damage, theft or if the home is not left in orderly fashion
What does orderly fashion mean?
We provide you a clean, orderly home when you arrive. Examples of a home not left in orderly fashion would be – loose trash scattered throughout the home, mattresses or furniture moved, major towel stains and towels scattered throughout the home, food left in ovens or grills, sinks piled with dishes, household trash placed in recycle bins and so forth. This is a private home and is not a Hotel or Cruise ship stay, home must be kept orderly or there is a cleaning fee charged from your security deposit.
Is the Resort fee charged per person or per party?
The resort fee is charge $64.50 total per day, not per person. Ex: 7 night stay, $451.50 + tax for all people staying in the home. Read your confirmations carefully upon receipt

Great for Multi Family Trip

Comfortable home, great location

Five adults and two children (12 and under) stayed for 12 days here. Everyone had more than enough space to have their own quiet time, and the great room area was perfect for the everyone to enjoy an evening together. Each bedroom having an ensuite was perfect. The kitchen was nicely appointed and we appreciated the refrigerator having an ice maker. The outdoor patio/pool area was great for hanging out in, with plenty of loungers and a nice view onto the golf course. The location was only a 15 minute drive to Disney which is amazing!

Perfect Family Vacation Home!

The house was beautifully decorated, the furnishings were comfortable and with 4 teenagers there was enough space and things for them to do!! The only thing we would suggest would be a few more mixing/serving bowls in the kitchen and a ceiling fan on the lanai by the pool would have been perfection!The home was exactly as described and the resorts water park was perfect for our family.

Perfect place for a week at Disney

Everything was nice. The house was as it was advertised and checking in was a breeze. We didn’t have any issues and it was the perfect escape from the parks and the crowds when needed. I would hope the carpeting gets replaced soon but other than that no complaints!!! I would stay here again and again. Thank you!

Fun house at reunion

Beautiful Clean Home with Lots of Space

This is a beautiful vacation home. It was a great pick for our family of adult children and their 2 and under babies. It was spotless and close enough to walk to the water park. Pool and spa were perfect temperatures to enjoy our time in the sun.

Perfect family trip

Spent an awesome 5 days with 3 generations of family at this house. Everything was great! We loved the movie room and the beds were extraordinarily comfortable. The one downside is the noise from the highway but that’s only noticeable certain times of day. Property management was extremely attentive and responsive to our few needs

Just as Described, Great Option for an Off Property Disney Vacation

I looked at many properties prior to reserving this location, as we were traveling to Disney with friends for a joint vacation. I wanted to ensure that we would have plenty of space, no surprises, and be able to have the best possible experience in lieu of staying in the park. The communication leading up to our stay was extremely responsive, all questions answered quickly and thoroughly. We arrived late on our first day and both kids and adults were thrilled upon walking into the property. There was more than enough room for the two sets of parents, 5 teenagers and one child under 10 that we traveled with. The creative use of the space gave everyone somewhere to sleep and relax comfortably when we were not enjoying the parks. The space was nicely decorated with high end finishes making us feel right at home for the duration of our stay. Bonuses such as the game room with a pinball and video game machine, as well as them movie room where we were able to enjoy the Stanley Cup finals was a huge bonus. Make sure to plan a trip to the grocery store for extra toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags and such. The property owner is very clear about what is included in the rental, but make sure you read through the notes and prepare if you are staying for any length of time. We had a little bit of trouble figuring out how to activate the door lock when we were leaving the property for the day, but we were able to google it and get it after the first few attempts. The fan in the master bedroom on the second floor at the back of the house was cranking at every speed and eventually had to be turned off. It is probably just the motor and might need replaced. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to others.

Nice rental with private pool & waterpark access

Clean. Well-maintained. 15-20 minute drive to Orlando area. Private-gated community was quiet even during spring break. Some construction noise down the block during the day, but not a big deal.

Very nice house

The home and location we very nice. The pool area was sunny and quite private. There were a few small maintenance issues(ice maker and garbage disposal) that did not get fixed while we were there. But overall the stay was awesome and we would do it again for sure

Perfect Disney Location

Stayed here as our home base for all the theme parks. Short drive, easy to get to, and perfect for what we needed. Spent a rainy day in the home theater and a warm day in the pool. Hit everything the house had to offer. Lot of food nearby (delivery or otherwise).

Beautiful villa

We stayed at the villa for a week and had an amazing stay in a beautiful location. The villa was perfect , clean , had everything you could possibly need. Only down side was the agent didn’t always communicate via email when asked a question about the villa and on arrival there was someone else’s rubbish all down the side of the villa as we arrived. Plus when ever we contacted Maintanence they never answered and by the time someone called back we had already gone out. However any issues was soon resolved. But the villa it’s self was 10/10 !!!! Would highly recommend the villa and would most definitely stay there again. Absolutely beautiful
