Newly remodeled Maine & Loon themed tiny cabin nestled among the tall pines tree shoreline of Toddy Pond.
You will love this newly remodeled Loon themed tiny cabin! Nestled away in a 9-cabin campground on the beautiful gravel shores of Toddy Pond, you’ll have the opportunity to swim and kayak in the crystal clear water, relax at the shady picnic tables beneath the tall pine trees, view local wildlife, enjoy at-home necessities, and easily access nearby towns! This is truly a special and unforgettable place!
This tiny cabin consists of one Main Room, a bathroom, and a screened-in porch. The Main Room has a King Bed, a queen futon, small dining area, and kitchenette.
Beds: 1 King Bed, Queen sized futon
Screened-in Porch: Dining table with 4 chairs
KITCHEN: Fully equipped, electric cooktop stove, mini fridge, microwave, drip coffee maker, cooking basics, dishware, utensils
INDOOR LIVING: Furnished living areas, 2 small dining areas (1 in the Main Room and 1 on the screened-in porch) consisting of a high top table and 2 bar stool chairs
OUTDOOR LIVING: Direct lake access via steep path, private & expansive yard, fire pit for outdoor campfires (bring your own firewood), beautiful towering pine trees, abundant open space, ample sun and shade
GENERAL: High-speed Starlink WiFi, tower fan, hot shower, keyless keypad entry, linens, towels
PARKING: Large shared gravel driveway, one vehicle permitted for Loon cabin, parking not right next to the cabin. There is also a steep hill down to the cabin from the parking area. Any guest item will have to be carried from the loading/unloading spot down the hill (and back up) to the cabin.
ACCESSIBILITY: There are stairs to access the building from the path. Parking is on a incline and there is no ramp to the cabin entrance. The cabin is not very accessible.
