Perfect and relaxing Winter Break

This villa was a brilliant stay for me and wife and 3 kids. The property was a perfect size with three really good size bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. The garden and pool area worked really well and everything was very well kept and clean. The real bonus of this property was Karima and Hannan with the amazing food and keeping the property clean so we really felt like it was a holiday for us as well as the kids!

New Year 24/25

Stayed from 27th December until 3rd January on the half board package, absolute treat came back very relaxed. This was our second visit to Marrakesh and had planned to do a lot more sight seeing and trips this time, but the weather was so nice and warm and lovely the villa so relaxing and accommodating we took the opportunity to chill, Our party was 2 families of 6 adults there was enough space for everyone to have their own space. Paid extra for the heated pool which was very beneficial.Villa itself is on a nice complex which was at one time very exclusive but seems to have lost its way a little bit, there is a nice spa you can book treatment with but the clubhouse and main pool is not used. Arrived very late on 27th and Karima the lovely housekeeper had remained on to feed us a homemade two course dinner prepared earlier by her sister Hanana who is the chef. Nothing is too much for Karima who is very proficient and caring. Breakfast is traditional Moroccan and lunch / dinner is two courses always freshly prepared in the villa kitchen that day, desserts are to die for. If you have specific requests just speak with them, both really accommodating.Villa is located 20 - 30 mins (traffic dependant) from central Marrakesh, used Nour (Villa recommended taxi company) to arrange the journeys in his own modern vehicles which was 300 dhms (25) each way & extra 100 dhms if you stop at the supermarket. All very easy to book and arrange.Great holiday, thanks Rob & team.

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passés 5 jours dans cette villa et nous nous y somme régales . Malgré la distance du centre ville (25 minutes que nous avons fait avec rachid le chauffeur ou en taxi : compter environ 20€ le trajet), cette villa, au calme, fut notre coin de paradis avec notamment sa belle piscine. Et que dire des repas préparé par la gouvernante : variés et surtout délicieux (le prix de la demi pension à 26€ les vaut largement). Encore merci. Je recommande cette location

Perfect 'get away from it all' retreat

2nd time staying here and booked for next year. Go with friend for just complete relaxation - sun, books, spa and we love it. Spoilt having villa for 2 of us - big en-suite room each. Icing on cake is being catered for so we literally have to do NOTHING! Early evening go to the Spa onsite and have different treatment which is wonderful. Suspect this will be our yearly treat for many years to come! Everyone always welcoming and friendly/helpful.

Ultieme rust en ontspanning in een prachtige villa

Ons verblijf was fantastisch. Een zeer mooie en sfeervolle villa met een prachtige tuin en zwembad met volledige privacy. S’avonds hebben we genoten van de mooie verlichting zowel in de binnenruimte als buitenruimte. We kozen voor ontbijt en lunch, s’avonds reden we naar het centrum en dat op 30min afstand is.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans la villa ! La maison était parfaite pour nos deux familles, les chambres et les salles de bain sont vastes, très propres et ultra confortables. Le jardin et la piscine étaient parfaits pour des moments de calme après l’agitation de la ville. Fatima et Hannane étaient des cuisinières hors paire et de vrais anges qui nous ont régalé pendant notre séjour. Leur cuisine est variée, fraîche et délicieuse. Le domaine est calme et très beau, les balades au coucher du soleil dans les jardins étaient plus qu’agréables. Tout est fait pour que les vacances soient reposantes tout en étant à 30 minutes du centre et de tous les sites à visiter. Nous avons été vraiment heureux d’y passer du temps et nous n’hésiterons pas à recommander la maison autour de nous. Merci Rob, Fatima et Hannane!

Private Villa just outside Marrakech

Wow this place is absolutely stunning. It's clean, safe quiet and beautiful. The pool and villa are cleaned every day. We went half board and were cooked some great local and traditional food. I would recommend these villas.

Nice relaxing family holiday

I stayed at this really nice villa with my wife and 2 children aged 9 and 7. The villa itself is impressive and well laid out and furnished, it has a traditional Moroccan theme, with a lovely garden at the back. The swimming pool is a good size for young children. It is in a secure gated complex, which also has a spa which is useful. The villa, gardens and the area around it were well maintained, and was nice to walk around. The complex also had a tennis court, table tennis, football court and communal swimming pool. The villa was approximately a 30 minute drive from Marrakech which suited us as we mainly wanted to mainly spend time in the villa with a couple of days to explore Marrakech. The driver Rashed was very friendly, and was available for our use whenever we needed. He also took us to the atlas mountains for a day trip which was done for a reasonable cost. We opted for the half board, the food was home made and prepared by the chef and was traditional Moroccan cuisine. We agreed that these were the best tajines we had ever tasted! Karima was the housekeeper, and was friendly and polite during our stay. She would accommodate us whichever time we wanted dinner. We would love to come back and stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Tranquil and eye opening

On the outskirts of Marrakech, the villa was relaxed, comfortable and peaceful. Catering provided by Karima was wonderful. Access into Marrakech was made easy by the arrangement the owners have with a local taxi firm and our driver, Rashid, knew his way around, was always on time and negotiated quite startling traffic with ease. The eye opening bit was the opportunity to see Moroccan life on the streets as well as in high quality restaurants.

Unforgettable week in Marrakech

We have just spent an unforgettable week in this stunning Marrakech villa, and it would be remiss of us not to share our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the authentic architecture and elegant design, seamlessly blending Moroccan tradition with modern comfort. The welcome was warm and personalized. The on-site team immediately made us feel at home, responding to all our requests with exemplary professionalism. A huge thank you to Karima for her unfailing kindness and efficiency. The villa itself is a sanctuary of peace. The rooms are spacious, featuring comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. The pool, surrounded by a lush garden, was our favorite spot to relax after a day of exploring the Medina. We particularly enjoyed the Moroccan cuisine prepared on-site. Each meal was a delight, and the local flavors took us on a culinary journey well beyond Marrakeck. In summary, this stay exceeded all our expectations. We are leaving with unforgettable memories and the certainty of returning very soon. Magnifique vacances

Nous avons passés deux semaines dans cette magnifique villa où tout était parfait . Sécurité, Propreté et confort, cette villa est très bien située à environ 30 minutes du centre ville de Marrakech ce qui est idéal pour le repos . L’hôte très gentil et très conciliant, toujours disponible ainsi qu un personnel professionnel et discret . Mention spéciale pour Karima notre référante. Je recommande a 100% cette villa qui va nous manquer.

And relax !!

We had such a relaxing stay at this beautiful villa, and looked after so well by Karina and Hannane . Such lovely humans . We opted for full board , food was delicious.. sat out in the garden more or less every evening eating dinner, looking over the pool and well groomed garden . Villa, is 20 minutes outside Marrakesh centre, their is a really good taxi service attached to the Villa , very reliable and friendly taxi drivers that basically drop you off and pick you up wherever you want. We’ve been to Marrakesh a few times, so the need to go into the centre wasn’t necessary, as we are a young family, it was so much nicer to stay at the villa. We will definitely be returning again later on this year, as we having another baby , it’s works perfectly for our needs . Thank you for a beautiful rest .

Totally misleading

The location on the map on the Vrbo site is not accurate at all. We booked this place because it appeared to be just outside of the medina but close enough that it would be easy to get around. It was a half hour away. When trying to find the location we let the host know we were lost and he never replied. Once we were there, we considered staying despite the big expense to travel into town every day (at least 60 CAD). However, the internet did not reach one of the rooms. The main air conditioner was broken (45 degrees in Marrakech that week). We tried to communicate with the owner but never heard back, even when we messaged to say that we were leaving early. We have lost money on this location. The wonderful lady who made us a meal that night was the only great thing about it. I wish I had paid attention to similar reviews before booking. Save yourself some time, money and energy and book one of the amazing Riads in town.

Wow!

It was truly spectacular The house is just superb It works! In every way possible So many different places to eat, read, nap and watch tv The pool is excellent and cleaned every day And the two ladies, Karina and Hannane are Golden! They are simply the kindest sweetest most wonderful people I think I have ever met And they spoil you rotten! Food was simply first rate Awesome Excellent Fantastic! We are booking again, no doubt!

Peaceful Paradise

Just returned from the most perfect 5 days at this beautiful villa. We hoped was going to be nice, but it way surpassed our expectations. Beautifully fitted out – wonderfully original and rustic. There were only 2 of us so had a HUGE room each with very comfy beds and air-con – doors stepping out onto the very well-maintained and pretty gardens. The pool was perfect with shady area – spent most of our time in the pool as was wonderfully hot and sunny. The 'icing on the cake' was the charming, helpful, and friendly Karima and Hanane who looked after us so well. Every meal was delicious – divine tagines, puddings and the best fruit salads, strawberries and mint ever tasted – oh, and the chocolate mousse! We had spa treatments every evening which was such a treat (and so reasonable compared to London!). Lovely staff there also. We so needed a break – peace and quiet, sunshine and we could not have wished to be anywhere else. LOVED IT and cannot wait to return – again and again. Thank you to all who made our trip so special – including Rob for organising, Karima & Hanane for being so lovely and Nore for transfers from airport – and printing our boarding passes! Beam me back there please!

Belle maison dans un environnement magnifique, calme et sécurisé à 20 mn de Marrakech et donc de tout se fourmillement de la ville. En louant une voiture vous êtes idéalement positionné pour faire tout ce qu’il y’a à faire et à voir à Marrakech et ses environs La villa est magnifique et calme avec l’accueil, le service de Karima qui est exceptionnelle et la nourriture de sa sœur qui meilleure que dans la plupart des restaurants. En demi pension avec la piscine chauffée nous avons passé en famille un moment inoubliable. Merci à Karima et sa sœur qui sont tellement discrètes et gentilles. Nous recommandons cette villa à tous

A little slice of heaven

If you looking for complete relaxtion in a beautiful luxurious setting then this is just the place. On booking, Rob was extremely prompt with all communication, very polite and informative on all areas. Which helped tremendously in organising the trip. We went for the option to be picked up from the airport, the driver was extremely helpful and helped us get a few essentials from the supermarket before going to the villa. On arriving at the villa (roughly 20 min drive from Marrakesh) we were given a warm welcome by Karima. She was on hand throughout the week with anythign we needed. Everyone needs a Karima in their life! The place was breath takingly stunning, even more so than the photos! Spacious, traditional Moroccan design, it had a feel of complete tranquility. Loved the many different areas in the villa to go and have a morning coffee, read a book or even if you need to work! We went all inclusive, the food was traditional Moroccan food and we were spolit in all the amazing flavours. Karima and sister are tremendous cooks. We all looked forward to seeing what we were going to have! Can definately recommend the trip to the Atlas mountains, our driver (Nour) and guide (Mohammed) looked after us extemely well. Mohammed was a fountain of knowledge of the area and history. The only shame was that we didn't book for 2 weeks! We came back completely relaxed and recharged after our half term stay!! Thank you

Belle villa au calme

Très belle villa sécurisé à 15 minute de l’entrée de Marrakech, compter 30 minutes mini pour aller au centre ville avec la circulation. La villa est grande et décoré avec goût dans le pire style marocain. Près d’un « douar » typique marocain. La piscine est très bien et entretenue chaque jour. Le jardin et le mobilier très sympa pour dorer au soleil. Karima est à votre service si besoin Petit déjeuner servie par Karima avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. Rob s’informe régulièrement de votre séjour pour savoir si tout se passe bien. Les 2 points négatifs de mon séjour : J’ai demandé à ce que la piscine soit chauffée mais malheureusement elle fut bien chaude le deuxième jour dans la villa. je pense qu’il fallait commencer à la faire chauffer un jour plus tôt. J’ai demandé à Rob de ne pas payer le 1er jour à 30€ mais ce dernier a refusé. La literie fait trop de bruit, je séjournais avec un bébé de 3 ans dans la chambre et à chaque fois que je me retournais j’avais peur de réveiller le bébé. Les nuits n’était pas très reposante à cause de ce soucis. Sans le problème de literie j’aurais mis 5 étoiles car l’endroit est très bien pour être au calme.

Tolle Villa mit ausreichend Platz und einer tollen Terrasse inklusive Pool.

Die Kommunikation mit Rob verlief hervorragend, er konnte uns bereits vorab einige Informationen und Tips zur Verfügung stellen. Die Anlage mit mehreren Villen liegt knapp 20 Minuten östlich von Marrekesh und ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar und die Einfahrt wird zu jeder Zeit überwacht. Unsere Villa bot ausreichend Platz mit drei Schlafzimmern, einer großen und ausreichend ausgestatteten Küche, einem großen Wohnzimmer und mehreren Essmöglichkeiten. Die Bäder waren sehr sauber. Die private Terrasse mit einem großen Pool und 6 bequemen Liegen bot ins absolute Erholung und Ruhe. Bei Bedarf konnte die Villa täglich gereinigt werden, sogar das Geschirr wurde abgespült. Es bestehen weiterhin noch gemeinschaftliche Nutzungsmöglichkeiten: Spa, Pool, Tennisplatz, Tischtennisplatte. Insgesamt eine tolle Villa für Freunde oder Familie. Auch der Kontakt zu den Angestellten war sehr freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für das schöne Erlebnis.
