My family of 4 stayed at this property. Upon arrival, the smelled very good!! It was very clean and the host was available for questions we had about parking although he left detailed instructions for our stay. We appreciate his willingness to be available!

Location location location!!!

Our stay was great! We were centrally located to all the happenings in Deep Ellum. I have nothing but positive things to say about the property, the responsiveness of the host and most of all the location. I do wish there were more towels in the bathrooms to use and additional seating in the living room. Overall a lovely place and I will be staying again soon! Thank you!

Beautiful property overlooking Deep Ellum and Downtown Dallas in general; everything was clean, neat and prepared as described in the advertisement. The only complaint is the apt. took a moment to find but that's nothing, really; the owner was very prompt and easy to notify when we arrived in Dallas. Overall, excellent property and owner to work with!

Beautiful well equipped suite in a noisy area

The apartment amenities and finishings are top notch, however, a recent lightning strike had taken out the elevator and lounge area. The pool is also not open in the winter months, even if it’s warm enough. We loved the nice kitchen, separated bedrooms with bathrooms, game area, and movie projector in one of the rooms for the kids. The one downside to this location is loud blaring music on the weekends coming from across the street. Otherwise, highly recommended.
