4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home that is two stories. The interior of the home is fully furnsihed and newly renovated (kitchen, bathrooms, paint etc). The home also comes with primeir outdoor living spaces, two decks, a patio, and a screen porch.

The property is 0.7 acres, and has a long driveway with plenty of parking spaces. There is a pickleball court in the backyard, only allowed for guests that sign the waiver prior to use. Open to all guests - special appeal to sports fans, athletes, and pickleball players.

Amenities:
HVAC for Air Conditioning or Heat: This house has smart thermostats upstairs and downstairs with the ability to turn on the AC or Heat. Please only use this if needed. To use it, touch the touch screen with the three dots on the right hand side and adjust the temperature. To turn it off, touch the three dots and set the mode to off. For further questions on this, look up “Sensi Lite Smart Thermostat” on Google Search.
Laundry: There is a Washer & Dryer in the closet in the kitchen. These are brand new appliances and are available for use if you would like.
Dishwasher: Guests may wash dishes in the kitchen sink by hand or use the GE dishwasher. Supplies in the kitchen cabinets.
Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen includes all the cooking and dining supplies needed to enjoy delicious meals. Oven and Microwave are also brand new and fully functional.
TV: Vizio Smart TV is fully functional in the living room. Note, this comes with all relevant streaming platforms (YouTube, Netflix, Prime Video, ESPN+, ACC Network etc), but it is up to the guest to log in with their own accounts to watch the TV. Use Remote to control the TV, and make sure its off when you leave the house.
Amazon Smart Home: There is an Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Gen) | HD smart display with premium sound, motion and Alexa in the kitchen. To use this to play music, ask about the weather or news etc just say “hey Alexa” and give it a command.
Dedicated Workspace: In the upstairs of the house there is a home office setup. This is a great space to take work calls, study for exams, work remote etc.

Pickleball court: We just built a world-class pickleball court with Duke and UNC logo's in our backyard. This is known as The Carolina Court. It is the unique value proposition for our property. In order to play on the court, at least 1 guest must sign the liability waiver and all guest must play respectfully. Do not damage the court. Liability waiver available upon request after check in.

Parking: There is ample parking on the property. Guests may park in any of the spaces. Request to limit cars to 6 or less. Pro Tip: use caution when pulling out and pulling into the driveway from Old Chapel Hill Rd (cars drive fast).

Access: Contactless entry. Your unique 4 digit Code will be provided prior to Check-In, and will last until Check-Out. To Unlock the door, enter the 4 digit code and wait for the door to become unlocked. To Lock the door when leaving, close it, and press the lock button on your way out.

Our charming home in Hope Valley (Durham's best neighborhood) has been completely renovated and furnished (Duke and UNC theme throughout) and offers an abundance of space for family living and entertaining. In the backyard we just added a brand new pickleball court, known as The Carolina Court. This home is the go-to destination for college gameday (ACC schools welcome) . As the old saying goes Location, Location, Location! Home is < 5 min to food < 10 min to Duke < 15 min to UNC & < 20 min RDU

Note - guests may only use Pickleball court if the court is dry (no rain, no puddles), and if they sign the waiver. Good news, one signed waiver works for all guests.
