This house is divided into three private sections. Homeowner is in one section with private entrance with a dog and cat. Both animals have access to outdoor spaces including backyard space designated to quests, it is necessary to love animals and be pet friendly. There is a long term renter in the house as well in another private section of property with no interaction except sharing a driveway for parking. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood in excellent beautiful location, and just minutes to town center. There is also a lovely heated community pool and Jacuzzi's with outdoor shower to enjoy.
