Equipements vétustes : petite télé, façade du lave-vaisselle absente, parquet gonflé dans la chambre, douche difficile à utiliser pour les personnes de plus de 1,60 m...
A rénover !
Chalet calme à l'intérieur, mais à l'extérieur broyant en raison de sa proximité avec la route.

Belle vue mais bruyant
Route très empruntée à proximité alors que nous cherchions un chalet au calme, à l'extérieur du centre
Overall a very enjoyable stay with wonderful views of Les Bossons glacier in a cute little community.
Just the road traffic that was a constant noise and unfortunately there was works going on above us during our stay. Piero was very helpful and turn around for us arriving was much appreciated.
Perfect for being in Chamonix on the outskirts with an easy 15 minute walk in.
Very cosy, clean and quite spacious chalet in the forest just 15 minutes walk from Chamonix Sud bus station. In case of good snow conditions it is even possible to get to Grepon and from Pelerins on skis.
Everything needed is available.
Piero is a very pleasant host.
Rented this chalet between Christmas and new year - liked it very much. Perfect size for 5 guests and very cozy. Our upstairs "hosts" did everything to make us welcome.

Small house, old furniture , good place
It's an old house. No problem. But you can clean the house before a guest arrives. That was not the case. The 2 person bed has an old matras, not good for your back. Wash room is not clean and there is no good ventilation. The whole chalet needs a renovation!
We have had a good holiday despite the house.

Enjoyed our stay there. Nice big kitchen table for meals together. Spacious apartment with lots of beds. Was able to walk along snowy path into town, though was useful to have a car.

Cozy, warm, well stocked chalet.
If you have a car this is a great chalet for a family. The town is easily walkable, but probably not in lots of snow. We had a car and it was perfect. Lot's of parking in town and at all the ski lifts in the Mt Blanc area, being able to park right at the chalet door is a big bonus. The chalet is large, warm and everything you need.

Great little place in a nice quiet area.
Nice little apartment in a quiet location of chamonix surrounded by the woods. It's close to the main road, but we couldn't really hear it and it gave us easy access to the roads.
We had a car and I would highly recommend one. We didn't use the buses, but I know how busy they can be and the walk into the main area could be long in your ski boots.
The apartment has everything you need and it's very warm with an electric heater in each room.
I would stay in this apartment again as we had a great time and my two children had a great time.
if you are looking for a quiet area away from the main bars but the option to walk if you want them this is a good area. We didn't bother with the bars as we had our two children with us and we also found chamonix expensive to eat and drink, so we bought our food from the local supermarket and ate in most nights.

Nice place!
A very quiet place and meanwhile near the main road. It is very easy to reach all skiing areas, including Italian ones. A car is a big help! The apartment is very large (it would be useful to place an apartment plan on the site) with many places to sleep.
I recommend this apartment!

Perfect place in Chamonix
We stayed in the chalet for one week in june and really enjoyed it. The description about location and facilities is absolutely accurate. rooms and bathroom are very big and kitchen has everything you may need to handle your holidays. It only has one thing that needs to be fixed and it is the wardrobe in the main room that smells very humid, so it is not good for hanging your cloths. Other than that we higly recommend this apartment/chalet. We will go back

A fantastic holiday in a beautiful chalet.
My partner and I stayed in this chalet for a week in January 2014 for a skiing holiday. This was the third time that we have returned to stay here.
We have always driven from the UK and found the chalet to be very accessible and easy to find. Although I would recommend a car, it is close enough to the town that you can walk to the bars and restaurants in about 20 minutes. The chalet is very well equipped and feels very homely. There are two bedrooms, which are large and comfortable, with lots of storage space. The kitchen has absolutely everything we needed to cook, and there is a large dining table where we ate every evening - talking about the day's skiing!
The chalet is quiet and peaceful and all the neighbours are very welcoming and friendly.
We would not hesitate to stay in this chalet again, and are hoping to make our fourth visit later in the year.

Very nice cozy flat in a two floor chalet.
Very nice and well equipped flat for France (you shouldn't compare with what you can get in Austria, e.g.). Warm and cozy house. The 4-people bedroom is probably a little bit too small for 4 persons, but otherwise everything is very good. The kitchen is equipped with almost everything you can imagine, even a small blender.
Note that walking to the city center is not too easy, but still possible, at least without ski-boots.
Overall, we will gladly return here for the next year.

Summer peace
We got a great deal this summer finding that house. We have been there for a week and enjoyed many nice walks directly from there. House is comfortable and you can enjoy superb breakfast and lunch sitting outside the door. Chamonix center is a 10/15 min walk and Aiguille du Midi cable car very close too.
Recommend to families or couples looking for a nice place in the nature.

Cosy chalet in quiet part of Chamonix
If you're looking for a simple but cosy and comparatively reasonable chalet,
nicely situated, away from the hustle and bustle yet within reach of the
commodities of the town, you'll find what you need here.
The bedrooms are spacious and with a sofa-bed in the living-room you'll even
gain 3 separate bedrooms, if you wish. The radiators are simple but
functional and heat the flat up rather quickly. With a table big enough to
have a larger group assembled around it, the well-equipped kitchen allows
more than two people to cook at the same time.
The chalet is certainly good value for the price, it is the perfect
accommodation for a skiing holiday with an adventurous and scenic ski run
through the woods to the central bus station in town - make sure you don't
miss it!

Perfect retreat for nature lovers
I spent a week in this amazing chalet and I deeply regret that my holidays could not last longer.
Since the moment you arrive you feel being home since everything is well organized and clean. Even if it was buried by snow we found the access to the entrance already clean and the owners made sure we had all the things we needed. A bit isolated from the village but very close to a market where you can buy everything.
I will go back for sure.

super chalet
First I Would like to say thank you to the owners of this super chalet in Chamonix.
We stayed here for a week in juli for hiking.
The chalet is about a 15 min walk from the main village.
The supermarket is also a 5 min driving from the chalet.
We did 5 great hiking tours, the most off it starting from the chalet.
Most off our hiking tours where between 8 and 11 hours, but verry beautiful.
The sight on the Mont Blanc in the garden is wonderful.
Also the BBQ was perfekt.
The kitchen and the bedrooms are good.
Thanks and until next time.

Lovely apartment
The apartment is the lower half of the building you see in the picture, but there is still lots of space. It is a comfortably furnished apartment away from Chamonix centre. Our family (myself my wife and our 2 year old son) really enjoyed staying here in June 2012.
It is a short walk (15-20min) outside of Chamonix centre - the advertisement is accurate about this. It is a fairly pleasant walk - mostly along a footpath. However, if you are looking to be right in the middle of Chamonix for the nightlife and only want to walk 2mins home at the end of the night, then this is not the ideal location for you. Fortunately, we were very happy to be a little way away from the hustle and bustle of Chamonix centre, and the apartment has several benefits that outweight any "disadvantage" of not being in central Chamonix.
This is obviously used by the owners as a holiday home - which is a good thing because it means that it has been set out and furnished in a way that makes practical sense for people staying there. For example, some other 6-person "ski appartments" in Chamonix try to cram as many people into as small a space as humanly possible (e.g. sofa bed in the living room as sleeping space for two people, two bunks in the entrance hall, and one double bedroom). In contrast, this lovely apartment has a well-equipped kitchen/dining room (with seating for at least 6 people), a living room, and two separate bedrooms (one double and one with four bunks). There is also a washing machine, which is very useful if you are holidaying with children.
This apartment really gives the impression of staying in a place that feels like "home" and not just a space to sleep at the end of a day's skiing/apres ski. Given that we were unluckty to have three days of storms, we were very glad that we weren't cramped into a tiny ski apartment in the centre of town.
We'd certainly be keen to stay here again next time we come to Chamonix.

PERFECT CHALET GREAT PEOPLE VERY SPACIOUS
I Would like to say thank you to the owners of this property for providing us with a wonderful chalet for the week. After looking at pictures of the propery we were satisfied it was the one for us so went ahead and booked it. On arrival we found it quite hard to find the place but once we had found it it was easy. To be totally honest the chalet was actually better than what we had expected all the beds very comfortable and lots of room to do what we wanted even with 5 sets of skis and boots in the room. the dining area was large and spacious for more than us 5 men that were living here and an excellent kitchen aswell. I am hopefully going to be booking up to go to chamonix in the next couple of months and will definatly be looking at booking up here again.
Thanks!

Apartment Review
I stayed here for a week in February 2012 with 4 friends & found it to be a great place to spend a holiday. There's plenty of room, even with 5 adults staying there, so it's a very comfortable place to spend time when not out seeing the sights of Chamonix. We didn't have a vehicle with us when we stayed & thought it may be a problem but the walk into Chamonix centre, although seemingly quite long when carrying ski equipment after a long day, isn't too bad. There is also a bus stop a few minutes walk away. I really enjoyed my stay & would definitely recommend giving it a try.
