This home has been renovated with a new fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms with luxury finishes. Brand new luxury furniture, bedding, linens, décor, and amenities are throughout. A home away from home for families or groups traveling to South Bend to visit Notre Dame or other local events. Laundry is on the second level for convenience. Nearly all rooms have picturesque views of the seeping river and bridge and loads of natural light. The home has a two-car detached garage and parking for 3 additional cars in the driveway. There is a furnished deck off the rear of the home to enjoy the river and park in any season with stunning sunsets.
