The space
"Escape to a hillside retreat with easy parking for 3+ vehicles, just 2-3 miles from Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg attractions. Newly updated with new floors and updated kitchen.

Applewood Lodge, a multi-level cabin, features a welcoming living space, well-equipped kitchen, and dining area on the main level, with two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The lower level offers a game room, full-size washer and dryer, and an additional bathroom.

The upper level has two bedrooms and another bathroom.

Enjoy a wheelchair-accessible game room, and outdoor relaxation on the deck with rustic furniture, a hot tub, and a propane BBQ grill (guest is responsible for filling the tank).

A ramp ensures easy access to this peaceful Smokies neighborhood retreat, conveniently close to attractions like Dollywood. In fact, we are so close to Dollywood that you can see the fireworks from the deck and hear the train whistle!

All televisions are equipped with Roku devices, and the home is BYOL (bring your own login) for added convenience."

Other things to note
There could be bears on the property. I've never seen one, but it is very possible as we are in the heart of bear country.

Our internet is pretty good. Most of the time it's a reliable 500 mbps (download) and 22 mbps (upload). I would say it is 98% reliable. Just please be aware that the internet may temporarily cut out every so often. You can definitely work from home at my cabin using the provided desk and dual monitors. Just bring your computer, mouse & keyboard!

My home has a steep driveway. It's paved and no big deal when the climate is dry. If it snows, it can get a little trickier. You'd definitely want to shovel the driveway. I've provided shovels for you. Snow is rare in these parts, but it does happen every so often.

A starter pack of supplies has been provided for your convenience. It should be enough to carry you through the first day or so.
