Spacious Aspen Core Townhouse in the center of everything!
Spacious, 3,000 sq. ft., 4 bedroom, 3 story townhouse with 20' high ceilings in the center of Aspen. See video below. Three blocks to the Gondola, two blocks to Lift 1, one block to the bus to Highlands, Buttermilk and Snowmass, and two blocks to the pedestrian malls leading to all the Aspen restaurants, Paradise Bakery and the Isis movie theater. Ideal location and house--read the reviews!
30 day+ rentals are exempt from the 21.7% lodging tax. Plus I offer a substantial discount for 7+ and 30+ day rentals. Try different periods and see. 30 days may be less than 10 days.
The top floor has 20' high ceilings (not the claustrophobic 9' like many condos), voluminous windows looking on to Aspen and Red Mountains, a 30' x 15' great room with two separate seating areas, a 70” TV and a gas fireplace, an outdoor sundeck, an open dining room for eight, and an oversized kitchen equipped with a Viking range, Sub Zero refrigerator, central food prep island, a 50” TV, and a second deck with a gas grill.
Each of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom, a king or two beds, and a TV. The primary bedroom has a walk-in closet and a bathroom with dual sinks, a private toilet, a Jacuzzi bathtub and a separate shower.
There is a private office with a couch, desk, printer, monitor, keyboard and mouse.
Garage for a car and ski gear.
Our preference is to rent for 30 days or more.

We are a family that loves Aspen. We have been coming here since the late 80s (though our father visited Aspen once with his brother in the late 1940s!). This was the primary home for our family and is now a vacation home.
Why they chose this property
This is a rare townhouse in the core of Aspen. You can walk to everything. The Aspen Mountain Gondola is 3 blocks away and Lift One is just up the hill. The bus to the other ski areas is one block from the back door. The hiking trails on Aspen Mountain are literally across the street. Wagner Park, the biggest open space in Aspen, is one block away. The pedestrian malls are two blocks away. All the restaurants, Paradise Bakery, the Isis Movie Theater, Carl’s Pharmacy and City Market are a 5 minute walk. There is a garage for your car or easy public transportation to all the hiking, fishing, skiing and golf in and around Aspen. Three generations of our family use the house in the summer, fall, winter and spring months.
