Enjoy over 200’ of private lake frontage on all sports Thornapple Lake with plenty of parking and a large yard for frisbee, cornhole, or your favorite yard game. The deck and covered porch are roomy and inviting and provide both table and lounge seating for everyone! There are 2 kayaks to adventure around the lake or float down the river into town. The lake is quaint and quiet. There are 2 separate boat launches within minutes of the house if you decide to bring your own boat.
With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, everyone will enjoy their own space. The upstairs hosts a private master suite with its own balcony overlooking the lake. The second bedroom has a queen bed and private full bathroom. The third bedroom has two queen beds and an adjacent bathroom. Enjoy the fully stocked eat-in kitchen with seating for 8, which is the perfect place for game night.
