The basement level apartment is an expansive 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with a sofabed and a trundle daybed which each also become queen size beds that can sleep a total of 6 guests (the two accessory sofabed and trundlebed however do not have privacy). The place comes with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, convection microwave/oven and electric cooktop as well as a large fridge. The kitchen is spaceous and industrial in design. The lighting is philips hue which is polychromatic and can change to any color throughout the space which helps brighten it up. There is a 65" TV with roku and chromecast. There is a shower and double vanity. There are two desks for workspaces and 1gigabit internet with fast wifi. The space comes fully furnished with utilities included and internet included. The entrance is along the back of the house and comes with one reserved parking space.
