We are pet-friendly, so your four-legged friends can roam around the neighborhood. As a resident of our Greenville luxury apartments, stunning landscapes, thoughtful amenities, and extraordinary services will make each day a delight. The property is currently under renovation and is anticipated to be the BEST entertainment district in the Greenville area. While under construction, there is not currently the use of an elevator so all units must be accessed via stairs.

Cute Greenville loft

Location was convenient to downtown. No walking from property but easy to drive. This loft is similar to all lofts, located in old mills which are in abandoned run down neighborhoods. It’s sketchy getting to this place. Once there I did not feel unsafe, except a few questionable characters outside the property once or twice. This place has high ceilings and hardwood floors and high windows in living room. Train is alongside the building but it seemed to be well insulated from the noise. Workout area was very nice.
