A100 STEP TO THE SUGAR SAND GULF FRONT VIEW & POOL
You’ll love it because of the views, the fully loaded kitchen, the comfy king size bed, brand new pool.My place is good for couples and families (with kids). There is a queen size sofa sleeper on living room. The house is a duplex so I have two units together that can accommodate up to 10 people.
Recently remodeled upgraded --- modern elegant
Super super clean
One nice pool with jacuzzi (heated optional) for both units

Beach chairs & umbrella
Grill (charcoal and propane not provided)
Optional: There is a $30.00/night fee for heated pool
