You will be greeted by a POSHPADZ professional to make sure the property meets your needs as stated in the listing. You will both check the property for damages and confirm the property is in pristine condition by signing a form and leaving credit card details as per hotel.

House Rules:
Primary renter 25 years of age or older and guests registered in your booking are permitted inside the residence at any time. Additional nighttime visitors are not allowed unless included in the initial guest count at the time of booking.
Within the 24 hours of booking, you will be required to sign our Rental Agreement. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking. The E-sign link for this agreement will be sent to you after your booking is confirmed."
Please note there is a non -refundable HOA Application Fee of $35 payable upon submission to the HOA. This is payable once the application is submitted to the HOA.
